Plants are looking funky

Not really sure what the ph is as of now I will be grabbing a soil tester from the hydro store prolly Monday. Would it hurt to top dress a dash of lime ? I have some for when they were ready to be planted outdoors, I was going to mix in a handful with the promix when I dug and prepped my holes. But is it a possibility to top dress to help with my soil before they are ready to be taken outdoors ?

A little lime top dressing wouldn't hurt.

HPCC is 75% peat, I would want to know in soil ph as peat can get quite acidic without proper buffering. This would explain strange leaf mutations and strange growth patterns.

How long until you plan to transfer outdoors? A double transplant is not advisable. However, if you decide to go that route, look into a 1l pot with heavily perforated or cut openings, inside of a 2nd 1l pot. When it comes time for the outdoor transplant, you just slide off the 2nd 1l pot and plant directly into prepared outdoor hole.

You got it - not genetics but medium.

If you haven't, introduce a feeding regimen.
@TheArchitect, I was gonna take a guess and say it is possible about the genetics but honestly you would know more than me as I only successfully completed my first grow. Lol. You proved me wrong before I even commented. Haha
