See, I don't even know what to expect timeline-wise for photo plants. But that's encouraging, so thanks!

I've seen a variety of things such as ALL amber pistils, first sign of amber trichs, specific dates, etc.... I think it all comes down to preference.. Muddy and I believe it was Andy B both say that for autos, trichs may not turn amber in some strains, so they may not be the best indicator, but the leaves dying is.. For photos, there's a bit of a line you walk:

clear trichs = highest THC, lowest (if any CBD)
Milky trichs = full maturity of trichs, a balance of high THC/CBD
Amber trichs = THC degradation, CBN becomes present, CBD (I believe), is highest at this point.. That's where the couchlock can come from..

So your call.. :)

Thanks for that info GodAmJT. Im familiar with markers and preferences for harvesting, I just wish I had more experience with knowing what and how much to feed/water during this time. Idk if I'm pushing them, or if they're getting too little. They seem good with what I'm doing, but it's mostly guesswork based on feedcharts. Any advice on this issue would be appreciated.

I'm running the GO box, plus Earth Juice Bloom, and EJ Hi-brix molasses, plus small amounts of fulvic acid.

The past feed was

10ml Biothrive bloom (per feed chart)
5ml EJ Bloom (small amount, but I like the ingredients)
2.5 ml Biobud (per feed chart)
10ml Ful-Power (their "low" dose)

They seem to like it. A lot of my leaf tips are just barely brown, and a lot of them hook downwards. *shrug*

I've heard that leaf tips curling down can be a sign of too much nitrogen. There's not much in my feed, but I think the fulvic acid may be shuttling too much of it into the plant.

Idk man, I'm overthinking everything. Haha

cant believe i have not seen this thread, awesome job so far,

regarding the scales being discussed a few pages back if you buy a cheap $5 scale on ebay
you can also buy $2 1g or 10g mini calibration weights.
when you get your scale put your little weight on it to check how accurate it is and away you go.

subbed for the rest of the grow

:bong:

Do you have the information from the seed bank as to how long it's expected to go in flower?? If you have that idea, and say it's a 60-75 day flower period, You could probably start scaling back some of the additives, and then in a few days, once trichs are just about where you want, you can begin thinking about a flush, if you're so inclined.. Generally, leaf tips going angling down, or clawing is a sign of N toxicity, which I got from my Blue Amnesia, towards the mid-end of flower, so I just dropped the Grow part of the nutes all together.. I like having just the very tips brown because it means you're at the very edge of the nute tolerance :)

Got any pictures??

One beautiful scrog man.
