Thanks guys for the help, not put off just my total lack of experience with it through me right out. Have had success in soil before so going that route with mc nutrients. That’s 2 failed grows on the bounce in coco, I’m sure it is probably me that’s at fault regarding watering, feeding, setup but that’s a lot of ‘what not to do’ learnt!!!
So a new chapter begins and thanks again gromies.

If you do go soil, I would add extra perlite to increase aeration, ie happy roots!

If you don't want to toss the coco you could add some perlite some peat moss (not a ton of peat)this is what I grow in a mix of mostly coco an then I add extra amendments special worm castings an compost I call it living coco .

Sounds interesting, will hold on to coco for sure
