Fast Buds Perpetual Beast Grow (fast version)

I was looking at the Fb blog (there's a huge amount of info) and grow tips for their SGC says the plants need 60w to grow - and these are large yielding whoppers. Just dive in bro - 100w is certainly gonna do a job for you in a wee tent, and if you grow auto flowers all the better as these bloom up to 24 hours a day. So over time relatively small plants can produce excellent bud and a lot of it! I started growing autos late last year and though I made lots of mistakes and never got what I wanted - the money I saved growing easily covers the cost of the kit, leccy, seeds ect and smoked a lot of new to me weed. I'm not lying - I'm a stoned fool cack handed and way too keen yet these awesome plants still produce bud for me - its pretty amazing.

So the LSD is well moody and not responsive, I was going to leave the leaves on as she seems to be using the chlorophyll - but I pulled all the ugly leaves and spread the few tops and see if I can notice any effects of Ripen. The wee buds are very sticky - the small buds dried and put in a joint ( quite a big one). The smoke was harsh ish (uncured) but properly works! Another very strong girl, if she tastes nice cured - she's on the team.
I suppose this plant illustrates the folly of impatience - I simply could not wait to grow the seeds and used ex compost that I keep to condition the rose bed. If it had been flushed and only used on cannabis it should have been fine but I grow Lillys ferns all sorts and with all different food in, mainly ash and horse poo! That plants at the other place have had very little food and totally dried out yet the Westlands Horizon compost has put decent buds on the plants I've been outgrown by someone whose never grown ( and I suspect never eaten) a plant. I'm in the ' alittle knowledge is a dangerous thing zone. Bum!

I was so demoralised at having to work so very hard to produce small amounts of mediocre bud I nearly gave up. My friends with no experience at all were doing better than me - I bought a posh lamp (ts1000) got compost and coir spent a oner on nutes and wasn't doing well - every plant was a fight! Until I bought litmus paper. My tap water ranges from PH7 to PH9+! I'm doing better now.

Here's an LSD25 grown in Westlands 'New Horizons' compost by a grow bro I gave the light the seeds and nutes to. This plant has had very little food, had its compost completely dry and yet the plant gave incredible coloured intensely berry flavoured bud - whilst my plants bud sites were a twisted limp mess!

But here's my newest girl Jack Herer#2. I must remember to use 2 litres not 3 of the Dutch Pro kit in these 12L pots. I think I put her in high pH water and she's a little slow but I' m on it now.

This is my GSC#2,I pulled my first GSC at 10 weeks - it was poor. Here it's a floppy mess when I was first training it - the high pH water was leaving a ton of shit on the outside of the pots, these pots are 40% coir. Now I'm pH ing with lemon drops ( soon to be citric acid),things are doing much better! She's looking very perky on and is on to bloom food this week 2ml/L.

Looking good! Glad you started getting your water sorted out. I was checking ph but not ppm of my water. You should get/use a ppm/ec meter on your water as well. Easy to overdo the nutrients if your starting water ppm is already high. I cut mine with a jug of distilled water from the store.

And my present pride and joy,- Jack Herer at 8 weeks. I owe this plant entirely to Autobeast and his how to grow a healthy auto tutorial. Every other plant has been an absolute war and though even this plant suffered it's doing great. It's had a lot of defoliation!
