Outdoor Strategies

When I lived in Florida,we used to call that Myakka Mud Bud!! Works too,its awesome!! nice n outta sight outta mind.

Shadow do you have any swamps? There real easy growing for a newer outside grower...

Nah cres, no swamps round these parts mate. Wetter and drier areas more or less but no swamps. I've seen some pretty awesome lookin pics of swamp grows tho so i'm familier with the idea. Done properly it looks like a lil magical weed forest...like some straight up avatar shit lol. But my exact location in my chosen area is evolving steadily based on ideas and processes described in this thread... So keep talking guys as I'm all ears...or eyes..or whatever.

Flub: I understood the part about removing the plank and leaving some type of concealed irrigation system (ala brwndrtwarrior). I don't have any briar patches around these parts big enough for said planking technique. Just moderately large individual bushes...but nothing big enough to completely conceal anything, let alone a whole patch and irrigation system.

I found at a dolar store the coco husk lining for thos hanging baskets so I went to thinking...what if i used these and placed them in scrub (junk) shurbs or sticker bushes on a strong forked branch or Y branch? This is also in rural area remeber. Or i could just use the whole coco/wire basket combo and hang them in trees and use pullies..

You would have to water every day, maybe twice a day if it got real hot and dry. I don't think it would work. Some people do tree grow, but you want to look for a method that retains water and doesn't loose it fast like those baskets. That and they would have to be big to grow pot, 3 gal plus.

have you thought about pulley systems and growing in trees seen that done many times with success
i mean who the hell walks around looking up all the time
most people take no notice of whats around them and autos can easily be concealed if you use the right strains and just use 1 plant per briar patch .
mossy's purple jems don't smell to much and outside are pretty damn stealthy
also growing along the side of motorways isn't a bad choice as people don't stop
the highest problem that faces the guerrilla grower is watering the plants rivers and lakes all attract people so make them almost non viable options
take a look on google earth and see if you can spot a decent location

I Have clay soil also and am going to try my 1st outdoor auto grow. I dug out the clay and mixed in compost and recycled indoor soil and some worm casings and left about a 3rd clay. Added bat guano and a bed of stear manure and some greensand and mixed in some bone and blood meal and azimite and pwdered lime. I am just sprouting the seeds and will grow them20-25 days inside letting the soil cook in the hole before the transplant. Don't know how it will work but we will see. Anybody think I am doing something wrong please let me know....thanks

People look up when a pully is dangling from a tree. While I have seen good tree grows I still say it's way too much work for too little output. I also have to disagree with you about growing next to roads and highways. I did that once on my pot tasted like car exhaust, nasty chem grossness. Completely defeated the point of organic growing. It is true that people don't look up though, suckers.

Sounds good, don't forget to check the PH of that stuff as it breaks down.

thanks i will check the PH w/ my meter. By the way I love the Nietzsche quote

Let's just say I dance to the beat of my own little drummer. I sound coherent online, but I'm a nutter in person :D

I'm so ready for this year, I started my beans a few days ago. 10 Bluebonic X Guerrilla Gold 3 from Highrise seeds. I ran a few of these last year and they are the best outdoor/guerrilla plant I've ever seen. I only watered once and the damn thing got 10 feet tall. Talk about a stress and work free plant! I only imagine what I could do with one in the backyard if i ever get the chance :D

If you want affordable big plants outdoor for your guerrilla patch, check out highrise gear at RCMC seedbank. Both are vendors here.
