You are way more ambitious than i am this winter
At the moment, the grow is my winter entertainment. Just started seeds for the remainder of the big pots. The mischief continues. :)

Dirt girl pulling up a chair.:pop::woohoo: Should be a fun grow and reversal project.
The anvil reversal is a crap shoot, only two seeds for female to reverse, and two more for the mom. Decent chance I will end up with nada, I need at least one female from each pair of seeds. One chance in four, more or less. But the DG and WDA will go for sure.

Thanks for checking in, and welcome to the grow. :bighug:

Anvil expresses female at about 3:1 ratio. Odds are with you. Should be a fun run!!

My fingers are crossed. The two pollen candidates look like male and female to me, but that is just based on size and vigor. The jury will be out for another week or so. Sadly, I will have to start reversing the pollen female before I know whether I have a mother. I could end up with a bit of pollen for my troubles. The 3:1 ratio is definitely encouraging, thanks for setting me straight. :bighug: :pighug:

I will tag along bro and I hope the Canna gods bless you with some enormous buds

Welcome aboard @St. Tom and @Frogger. @Frogger please shoot me questions any time about the bucket setup. I think the basic setup will work very well. The main question for me at the moment is whether I will be able to combine the solos and large pots on the same pump. It would probably be easier with two different pumps, but I am going to try with one. :pighug:

yeah that’s what I do olderfart two separate pumps but also have considered and thought about trying different rate drip emitters to achieve different feed amounts in the same time frame:biggrin::d5:

What I will try is limiting flow rate on the solos with tube clamps and fewer holes in the irrigation rings. The problem that I have run into is that the 1/4 tube I am using to feed the large pots has more resistance to the flow needed than I anticipated, so absent clamp control on the solo line, it delivers the same liquid to a solo through three holes as the ring in the larger pot does through 7. At this point I am hopeful that clamping the lines to the solos will fix this, but I have not tried it yet. We shall see... Worst case, the local garden center will sell me a fountain pump. :pighug:
