Already did aboveShake the cup, they'll fall down to the bottom after soaking for a while.
And in soil, no matter what kind of watering system, automated or hand, You don't turn the water on or fill the reservoir or fully hand water the pot, until the root system is fully established.

Soil was Whitney farms organic, with kelp and meal in it.
Then I added some bio char and some mycro.
Bio char should help with drainage I thought.
Then topped it off with earth worm castings.
Watered the whole pot like you said, let it sit for a day.
Soaked the seed for 12 hours, and then planted it in the soil, put clear plastic cup over it and sprayed the inside of cup with water.
