New Grower Noob budget first grow

Hi guys, need some help!!! With the new light I believe I burnt the tips on my baby, so I raised the light as high as possible, now the leaves are bending, can anyone give me a straight forward answer to what this could be, reading through the forums, I kind of split it down to either possible over water (although she has only had 1 litre in 2 weeks, growing in compost) or a pH problem (but the bottled water I have purchased is ph6.4) thanks

Forgot to post pics!!!

Plant looks like it needs nitrogen and maybe less water growing in soil you need to let your pot dry out before watering again

Thanks for the advice mate, but, how would I get nitrogen into the soil without water?

That is the bad thing about growing in soil you just have to wait for the soil to dry out before you can change anything
I have a g13 growing in coco you can water it every day but I know how it is with soil I have a dark purple auto in soil the nutrients I brought for it is the kind you put in the bottom third of the pot my plant was doing nothing for 2 weeks so I started using the nutrients for my g13 so now my plant is budding if the roots gets down to the hot soil I'll be fucked so I'm thinking should I start just using water like I'm supposed or keep using Jack's 321? The g 13 is 2 weeks old Ben topped 2 day ago the bigger one is the dark purple auto which sprouted August 7th

Yeah I have quickly realised that compost is not the way to go, well if your a more experienced growers then maybe but don't think it's for me lol, nice grow you have there, but like you said if the roots hit the hot soil at the bottom are you going to get nite burn. One thing I am glad about, well not glad, more of a silver lining on trying to drown my baby is, and probably the only sensible thing I have done during this first grow, I used the free seed I got with my order!!

So I'm now thinking, leave her be for a week, no water no nothing she how she gets on. Then check soil and maybe a light water and nute through as spray gun, im sure I will make more mistakes along the way but, in all honesty, I hope to eradicate alot of the mistakes during this first griw, but I doubt that very much,

Quick update guys, I still have new growth coming through, so hopefully she isn't a complete disaster. Think watering and nutes will be done slow and through a spray for the rest of this grow. Thinking I would start some LST on week 3 (just coming up to the start of week 2 now)

Quick question, the leafs that have been affected by my mistakes, is it best to remove these leafs as I presume they would be doing nothing except wasting energy, or would it be best to leave the leafs alone as some of the new grow is coming from the nodes of these leafs?

Ordered an air pump and stone today for mixing my feeds (as I have read that oxygenated water is better) has anyone had any experience in doing this??

Will post some pics in a couple of days to see how she is progressing

So here is an update of how she is getting on!! Well since after trying to drown her, she seems to be bouncing back. Currently we are sat on 15 days plenty of new growth coming through, which I'm sure is good!!

Can't forget what @davisgirl said earlier, she looks like she needs nitrogen. So I purchased some plant magic plus magne-cal + whichs contains 2.9% nitrogen. I have mixed 0.25 ml (this was an absolute nightmare to measure) and going of the guidelines on the bottle 0.5-1ml per litre, I thought it best to go easy!! This is going to be sprayed slowly onto the soil over the next week. Anyway, her she is on day 15
