Non cannabis gardening . And things .

Who likes smoked cheese . I do . I made a small cheese smoker out of a bain marie trays . 3 piece , Bottom is where the wood chips go , middle one has holes in the bottom and the top one is the lid . I have the wood chips at one end and use a gas burner to fire up the wood chips .

Hey that Z is a favorite rum...isn't that some good stuff?
Do you get locally made cheeses? One of those things we don't get here. i'd love to smoke some but would need a bigger stash than we have now

Carved a pumpkin joint holder for Halloween :baked: I'll let him puff on that one. My wife asked why I would waste a joint, I'm sure if I need it, he will pass it to me:jointman:

I could not wait , I got it . :woohoo1: :woohoo1: :woohoo1: I did plain cheese - Chipotle roast garlic - and Jalapeno chill - I vac packed them and will be upgrading soon . The one I have now is a bit small , and a mate of my sons wants me to smoke and cook a brisket for him , so I made a deal , I will do it in exchange for a cheese cake , his wife makes the best .

:bravo: Ooooo that is making my tummy growl mate! I've not had decent smoked cheese in bloody years! I have a small gas smoker, but not sure I can do cheese in it, keep it cool enough...
And that new unit?! :woohoo: what a glorious piece of gear Hec', I am absolutely disgusted and jeallie over that! :crying: :backside: :wiz:  ... the Goods are gonna pour outta that beauty.... I bet you can fetch a fine bit of coin for your products, if you aren't already! Any friends/chef's or something like that around you can set some bait out on? In the past my Dad's recipe for smoked salmon was a major hit! Folks pay material costs plus a labor fee; line a few to several up and you can bang out some payola for a day's work!
