Day 40

They stretched a bit more so will have to raise the light above DG1 tonight. Everyone is being fed megacrop and bud explosion. We have some early frost as expected, while the other double grape still is stretching into full flower. I really need another light.. will look into an addition on the upcoming black friday.

these girls blowing up now bro...biggest improvement i want to make for my second round is speeding up the first couple of weeks.

i haven't tried Double Grape...yet. it's in the line up of my first grow...but the grape has been troublesome for me and it's looking like i might kick her out the cupboard if she's not looking more promising by the time new beans and soil arrive in a week or two. Double Grape now sold out and I only have a single seed left so maybe i will keep this one going. does look like a fantastic strain...

I'm in the same boat. First two weeks is critical and where I've had issues that really affect the overall grow. What are you looking at doing to make the first two weeks better?

@lunarman i have switched soil brand, improved airflow, have more control over temps, using my lights efficiently, different watering regime planned...bunch of stuff. there’s a lot different in my environment from last start to my new one, hoping i’ve done enough to see at least a notable improvement.

Yeah I'm starting to get some odor when I open the tent. Yep HBSS front left in the pictures above. Had to move it to the right tho, because DG2 have been on a mission. It's now taller than the other! Update later tonight or tomorrow.

Day 46

Double Grape all over the place, really pleased with them. Tallest plants I have grown yet, 90cm from soil. 3BOG and HBSS still hanging in, but in a more neutral way. MC+BE doing work for sure - very simple, like it alot.

day 50

Double Grape 2 is now 100 cm tall. Its funny how things doesnt work out, the way you imagined it beforehand. I was positive that the hubbabubba would be the biggest of the bunch, but that didnt work out as planned. Also decided no topping/lst this grow, but was worried if they got to tall for my tent(160 height). 10 cm more growth would have been an issue, so hardly made it.

Temperature is around 20 degrees, with some nights down to 17-18.
