Have you been at this long?

Good to have another brother on here letting others know what happens when you do autos in NFT. I struggled to find auto/NFT journals anywhere when I started growing a couple of years back....have you seen many?

i had the same issues kush ! i took a while to gather knowledge on the nft method , there is some good information out there dont get me wrong but not all of it is correct with confidence hey
I think its about 3 years ago i started my first auto grow ! , i have changed growing methods around many times before i settled in nft ............
I first started in dwc but i then changed to aero but both were to noisy aspects to them for me ....... the 3 years during this time i have lost quite a few grows through foolishly spraying and dabbling with too high doses of plant hormones ect( gibberelic acid 1 grow , and Indole Butryic Acid ruined another ! an other 1s ect , i think spider mites has ruined 2 aswell ? before i came to my senses needed to learn more about !

ive have been a member on here since for a couple of years but wasnt experienced back then when i first made afn account i was all for learning an gradually felt confident enough in stages to start to parcitipate ! ..... here is a great an people like yourself kush with doing the same method as me has/will help me alot in ways of past pictures &grows ect you woudnt know ! ,...................
for me , there came a point where cannabis resin or rocky aka became hard to come by near me and all was being sold was cheese for extortionate prices an no guarantee it was any good ! and no other option for meds .....
i done my first green house seeds cheese photo grow about 6-7 years ago and that took around 7 months ! under some 20w energy saving light bulbs in organic soil an all i fed them was spring water an seaweed powder an it was one of my best smokes to date lol or maybe it was just the buzz the first time i had something different than street bought vegtable matter haha!

I think it's fair to say you made my day seeing another successful NFT grow and ShortStuff strains made it even sweeter.

Dunno about those LEDs though.....buds look nice and sound like they smoke real nice but do you get huge tops off them? I've only used HPS so far so if you get a chance to do some bud porn shots I'd love to see them.

I hear you on the Cheese front too but I don't really miss the solid.....not after Sweet Seeds Red Poison Auto anyway. Tastes like solid but much better buzz and nae hot rocks

Look forward to hearing about the Big Gun too. I haven't tried that one yet:smoking:

the solid was bad thinking about it now ! ive had enough pot burns in tracksuit bottoms ect to remember lol , the resin is all me an old friends knew of for a long time , its nice to have made something happen an not put money in others pockets anymore .
i have been using a mars 96 since march an have been impressed so far compared to my old lighting source . before i got my led lights it was an all t5 grow an soon as i switched led on plants i seen a difference almost immediatley , they cook up the flowers real nice with frostyness but im like you i havnt tried hps for comparison but i defo notice a difference between the t5's an led .
i tryed siliconing channels into tray to try an act like nutriculture tray does but the water woudnt flow through correctly so just gone back with the cubes sitting on plastic above the flow .
i seen your red poison grow kush ! what a monster that is wow ! i have done a few green poison auto grows an have a little bit left thats been my final night toke for while now . i like the look of the red poison!

the difference a day makes , the u shaped seedling looked ok yesterday and now not looking so well ? is it only me that has not so unsuccessfull rates hatching kush seeds ? are they harder to germ than other strains ? im gunna give this 1 a few more days an see if its any better while i could do with it to catch up with the other seedling that i started last week ( rhino ryder or auto critical ogre )
