Best ratio of what? You need something nice and airy and with about 30% perlite for proper drainage and an airy mix. For photos you will be ok with a nuted mix, but Autos like to be started out in a nute free seed starter mix then take on nutes around two weeks.
Pot sizes are preference to a point. I wouldn't go with anything under 1.5 Gallons, but 3-5 Gallons is preferable. Airpots tend to get just as big of plants in the smaller ones compared to bigger non Airpot containers, but that isn't always the case.

Where is says post quick reply at the bottom right of the box you type in, click on go advanced...then scroll down and click on 'manage attachments'. Then choose what files you want to upload.
