@BigSm0 and @budelee I'm super jealous over hear! Wish I could open grow. Love growing outdoors, but I don't think the ladies would like it. Winter is coming!

I'm indoors just not a tent. Space is limited being 8x16 for flowering 15 plants. It is not easy. When you give them room to grow they will. Big pots, big space and allot of love.

Beautiful set up man! What's your average temps there in the winter? It gets frigid here in the Mitten state. Its dry there too right? I'm worried about it being too dry here.

The HIDs keep lights on temp at about 79F ,lights out goes to about 72F ..thanks for the compliments,i could use about 580sf of the basement if i could afford the gear.but i inly use 50sf right now,the lights are good for about the 5x5 area if i train the plants well, but most 600watt lamps are better at 4x4 areas.the product from a short well trained plant is better for my conditions, almost NO popcorn..You will find your style pretty quickly ..

My last indoor grow was in a secret Jardin 4x4 tent with a eye hortilux dual spectrum digital 600watt in a cool tube. That was several years ago though and with some nice TGA photos. I had to sell all that stuff when I moved.

Ahh ,about humidity..yes,super dry, sometimes i run a humidifier but sometimes not,my veg plants do show slight stress sometimes, its heat stress due to low humidity, but in an open grow like mine i cant make it too humid cause the flowering plants are right next to the veg plants, the flowering plants do like the lower humidity tho..

I would like to try the hortilux bulbs,i have heard good things about them, but i usually buy "house brand" lights for cost, the lumens are the same as more expensive bulbs, but i do have to wait for delivery..

I was very pleased with the hortilux gear. Both the ballast and bulbs were top notch!

I had a kind friend hook me up at cost on that op, because I wouldn't take any money when I helped out at his shop. Sadly he passed a few years back.

Im not sure yet if I will have to run a humidifier or not. You, @Discretepete2676, and @BigSm0 have given me much to contemplate. :peace:
