My issue: I ended up with 3 orders this morning. My intent was to just pick up 50 shades and forum stomper. With the initial 50 shades cart bug (I put them in the cart and was told an item in the cart was sold out), tried to buy 50 shades only and it said sold out) I went back and just got forum and Samsquanch. Everything F1 was saying sold out on the store, with only the older strains showing up in my cart. Then I saw on Reddit a half hour later that stuff wasn’t sold out and it was a 50 shades-related cart error. So I went back to buy 50 shades but ended up with Sweet n Smelly in my cart somehow. Of course I rushed through and didn’t see it until confirmation. So I went back and actually purchased 50 shades.

TLDR - in my pursuit of 50 Shades, I ended up with 3 orders/shipping costs of like 25 bucks. I’m not asking for a cancellation of an order but could you show me some love with the freebs or something? Or failing that I guess cancel the sweet n smelly order but honestly I’m fine with that more than paying triple shipping for what I assume will be combined into one shipment anyway. Or, if you could just refund two of the shipping’s that would work too. Not trying to be a whiny bitch, but since it was a store/cart error that caused this, my request feels appropriate.

Thanks!! Really appreciate you and Mitch/Tim and whoever else I don’t know about working hard there. Without you guys I’d have never tried growing my medicine.

We will typically combine multiple orders for a customer and include extra freebies for the shipping charge. In your case you can expect an extra 4-6 seeds for the shipping .

im using the canadian site. im signed in and am trying to buy skywalker. after i choose quantity i hit the choose pack the page seems to refresh. then i look in then shopping cart, the shopping cart is empty. so i try this many ways, signed in signed out ,but never does the order go into the shopping cart. can you help? are these seeds for sale?

Hey Caddis, the Canada site was only open for an hour on the 23rd. With the increase in demand last year the Canada store sells out real quick, so its important to be on when the site opens. Obviously that's not realistic for everyone, so we are working on getting a few seed banks stocked up in Canada. Some of the Us retailers do ship to Canada so they are worth a look, https://www.mephistogenetics.ca/stockists/usa-distributors. The next store opening for Canada will likely be mid-February. I will make a post 3-5 days before the store opening on AFN and reddit.

How can Mephisto Genetics help you? I had some trouble placing my order Monday and I ended up with 2 of the same order. I only wanted one order but the website would just disappear and would not go to the page with the order confirmation. I did finally get confirmation that my order went through but when I looked today I saw that there were 2 orders of the same thing. I would not have ordered the same thing and have 2 separate shipping charges. Maybe 1 order can be removed and someone else would be able to use it. No big problem but just wanted to try and stop a double order being shipped . I also sent a message to the company website. I can provide order numbers if you like . Wasn't sure if I should put them on here.

How can Mephisto Genetics help you? i am writing to let you know my dissapointment of not being able to buy any seeds when the uk shop is open for the hour or so now and again.because some of us have to go to work and miss the window..i have been a good customer of mephisto for a few years now and have now got to say i shall go elsewhere because of unavailability. i dont know what is happening with mephisto nowadays but it seems they want to open once in a bluemoon and sellout as fast as they can .i personally feel as though mitch and the boys have given me a good old kick in the balls.
