Man has anyone else had insanely bad experiences trying to order off Mephisto or getting a hold of customer service?
I spent 6 months trying to get some of their seeds, took a day off work and set an alarm, logged in on 2 computers and I finally caught a couple packs and paid them $220.
-2 months later, seeds never came.
-Spent over a week trying to get a response off them to no avail (Reddit forums/Private chats/their own website)
-Had to post my complaints publicly on all the boards to get a response (Then they responded in less than 1 hour)
-They just sent me a tracking number (When I checked the tracking number, it said my carrier never received the goods from them)
-Then when I highlighted their F-up, they just said "sorry, we don't have them seeds anymore"
-I complained on public Meph board today and
@stan_mephisto replied publicly saying their carrier lost my order. He also said they're not reshipping because I kept asking all the staff where my 2 month old missing order was.
Like this all seems wildly unprofessional and poor towards their customers. Has anyone else had any issues with them?
