Indoor New grow, roots organic vs kind soil

funny you mention that, my current grow I started some DinaFem WhiteCheese seeds in straight organics, they were perfect till about day 8 and weird things was in the span of like 4 hours they went from perfect to shit both of them. I assumed it was maybe too hot for me to be starting in, I can't figure it out, because my GSC she still doing awesome and she was started in straight roots as well.

I am sure its not too hot. I add steer manure to mine and grow in it hahaha. But here is what happened the first time I used roots and this was to 2 plants. After testing the soil PH it came out to around 5. I have added a little lime as insurance to every bag after this. I now love the stuff though and it is my favorite soil. This plant was a perfect green clone and all I did was transplant it from a 4" pot to a 1 gallon pot. I had not fed this plant any thing and was using bottled water. The other plant I had looked the same.

This plant did this over a period of about 2 weeks and kept growing tell about the time this picture was taken then stopped growing due to he sever mag lock out I had from the low PH. After some PH up it recovered but I had other thing in the closet at the time and ended up tossing it.

I do love some poo, haha, I had never used any of the roots products,,,,,but my local shop give me whole bunch of the grow&bloom samples from Roots, added to my soil last grow had good result figured Id try start my seeds in it. Now if you'll look at my GSC going now she's the one out of the bunch that seemed to love it,,,,oh poor poor lil dinafem white cheeses though I dont know what happened, I guessed the roots but I dont even think that was it, hmm maybe the bud gods just wasnt happy with me at the moment,,,,,,,but that gal in ya last pic Gorgeous ;-)

The one in kind soil is definitely a little bigger. I will post pictures tonight when I get home.

You know last grow I put a little super soil in the bottom of my starting pot and had the best roots I have ever had. Similar to what the kind soil is saying to do. I will do this next grow again and see if I get the same results. I have a different recipe now but the results should be similar as it is pretty much a lighter version. I put about 10% full in a 2 gallon pot.

The on in kind soil is reacting well to the cal mag treatment but I didn't check them and theyhad a little leaf curling.. Moved the lights up no problem.. Up my nutes on the roots organic one to just below full strength which is just 1tsp per gallon of the Buddha grow.. Added some Rhizotonic and half treatment of cal mag for preventative measures.. Remember the kind soil plant is in the soft pot

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Day 18 pics the kind soil plant is clearly bigger other then a little natural organics cal mag she has only had distilled water.. She is in the soft root trapper II pot. The on in the hard pot is getting 1 tsp per gallon of roots organic bhudda grow 3 ml of Rhizotonic for her roots and half tsp of general hydrponics cal mag.. Both look great color wise and tons of new growth.
