Cool man i will just fill to the inside rim and put somemore pebbles over tfor the evaporation as im told its beneficial

am goin with a freinds teqnique of soaking seeds now for 24hrs then placing into paper towel as if anything goes wrong i have a freind ready to help me but he has never done autos so will use bits and pieces from the experienced people on this site praying my beans will be ok

From what I've learned so far is that autos while a bit finikey about feeding, are pretty much set and go seeds. My first true grow here is an auto flower.

To address your question ( "Watering canna coco before hand or watering after or just give a very good spraying to dampen the sprouted seed
") in PM: ask @pop22 or @912GreenSkell . I had my promix set to field saturation and used that and my understanding is a water when it gets dry again. but don't quote me, i'll have to ask @pop22 that one.

Sosked the seeds overnight been in total of 12 hours and sunk to the bottom after this soask now will put into paper towel and should see results in next few days

Cool man you are a life saver

So i will prepare 3 litres of water 1/4 strength of the recommended dose with canna A+B that's 1 ml per ltr the doseage says

(Per 10L)
Canna a 40ml
Canna b 40 ml

So for each litre i pour in the pot i will put 6ml of canna A+B into my 3L then water with a 1L jug and this should be ok until smart pot feels light again

Also i have Dutch pro Take Root the bottle suggests 1ml for 1L of water so for 3 litres i should put 3ml into 3L or 1/4 this doseage of take root aswell and how long would this be ok adding with the A+B mix and when does the watering go up from 1 L of water to more water weeks wise



Also see link above should i take any attention to this grow guide given with my coco? As it is different on canna coco bottles as bottles just say 40ml of A+B together ?

Thanks man still gettin my head round things i know my temps and humidty and the rest just didnt have a clue with the seed stage and the watering and fertilizer mix any help sould go along way

the canna chart is for photoperiod plants canna A+B at 40 ml per 10 ltrs is full strength it also works out as 4 ml per ltr of each (4 ml canna A and 4 ml canna B per ltr) now your take root from what ive read is a similar product to rhizotonic I would go with half strength so that's 0.5 ml per ltr so add your take root first(stir) the A (stir)then B (stir)make sure you shake the bottles well then adjust your ph

8-12 hours in water is long enough, then to the paper towel. I fold the towel in half twice then slip it into a ziplock. Find a container that you can stand the ziplock upright in, that way the tap root grows downward and makes planting easier. Plant when you have at least a 1/2" root. I tend to let mine get 1" long and have not had a failed planting yet! after you plant, use only a very small amount of water. I usually pour 2-4 ounces of water on/near the seed and spray the surface of the soil with a spray bottle. Use minimal watering the first week-10 days after sprout. I start my plants in 24 ounce cottage cheese containers! they make great seedling pots as the roots and soil don't stick to them like party cups or small pots, making transplanting easy. This size also makes for perfect transplants as at 10 days, the roots have reached the bottom, but have only just begun to circle. I find my transplants take of growing withing hours of transplanting! I've yet to have one stall.

I have placed into paper towel folded over twice then seeds then folded over again been 24hr so far look darker they are in plastic sandwich container with samdwich bag then with the lid on wrapped in a towel and in the boiler room

When tap root shows and i plant do i feed straight away with nutreints and a root fertilizer or just plain water stood for 24 hrs

Sprouts and seedlings do not need to be fed until they have their second set of leaves, around 10-14 days. I've never used root fertilizers but I do use nutrients with Mycorrhiza, which are available as a product that be added to coco as well as soil.

I could go either way in coco. But Miss U is starting in organic soil, so no nutes needed. I feel not using nutes makes the plant push roots deeper and more quickly, in search of food. One way may be as good as the other.
