no probs dude as your growing in coco check out the coco section read the stickies at the top of the page valuable info there https://www.autoflower.org/forums/coco.244/
and at the top of this page (new beginners) all very helpful info
Seeds coming in the morning will prep smart pots with layer of pebbles and coco and is it best to wait watering until after germed
Also whats feeding schedule do i need in first week of germination i hear just watering the pots before planting is enough for the first few days is this correct will germ seeds usuing ronnins way i was shown earlier and see how i get on
I usually start to germ the seeds then water in the pots I don't use a feeding schedule but a handy bit of info for you feel the weight of your pots before you add the water(feed around 1 litre per pot) then the weight after its the best way of telling when you need to water I make up a litre at a time at that age they don't need much and water around 200 to 300 ml right onto your root riot cube (when she needs watering and after they have popped above the coco )the idea being to get your tap root to the bottom of your pot as quick as possible and for the first week or two you will probably only need to water every 2 to 3 days so start to germ your seeds then a few hours later water your coco and that should last you at least a day after you plant your seedlings
So i will prepare 3 litres of water 1/4 strength of the recommended dose with canna A+B that's 1 ml per ltr the doseage says
(Per 10L)
Canna a 40ml
Canna b 40 ml
So for each litre i pour in the pot i will put 6ml of canna A+B into my 3L then water with a 1L jug and this should be ok until smart pot feels light again
Also i have Dutch pro Take Root the bottle suggests 1ml for 1L of water so for 3 litres i should put 3ml into 3L or 1/4 this doseage of take root aswell and how long would this be ok adding with the A+B mix and when does the watering go up from 1 L of water to more water weeks wise
Also see link above should i take any attention to this grow guide given with my coco? As it is different on canna coco bottles as bottles just say 40ml of A+B together ?
Thanks man still gettin my head round things i know my temps and humidty and the rest just didnt have a clue with the seed stage and the watering and fertilizer mix any help sould go along way
I use this guide from the Canna site myself. Super important to follow the directions closely on this stuff, like only use purified water to mix nutrients in...etc. Also if you can get the RHIZOTONIC it's well worth the cost. It's a little pricey, but you only need the smallest bottle. I'm only gonna use it for the first 30 days myself, because of the cost. I don't know about Take Root, might be the same kind of stuff. I just started using 10ml/gal or roughly 3.3ml/L of the A+B.
Would these settings be ok for me as growing in
I'm 3x 11L pots what defines the tank size what size would i put on the site what is the tank size as you can change it to your requirements unsure what it means gone for light feeding as want to get use to it then will up it if it needs it
The term "tank" refers to whatever you're mixing your nutrients in. Weather it's in a gallon jug (like me), or in a 20 gallon barrel like you would find used on a flood, and drain table. Check out VaderOG on You Tube for an excellent example. With 11 liter pots I'm guessing you'll need to mix up a gallon or two of nutrients at a time, or for you that would be 7-8 Liters at a time. So put 7 L into the calculator and go with that. In time you'll get a feel for how much mix you'll need.
