Sorry, there is no change as in it is not fixing it. It is still progressing. Only on top buds. All lowers are fine. I have also backed my light off another 6 inches. She has gotten heavy doses of calmag every third feeding for two weeks. Coco/Perlite 70/30. Coco is buffered and is the same as my other plants with no cal problems.

We need pics in normal light if that's possible. It's hard to tell what's really happening with the grow light on. But based in what you posted, I'd bet it's a nutrient lock out. Seeing signs of deficiencies does not mean to "add more" of that nutrient. It means "find out why"...

Calcium is a secondary nutrient and isn't needed in large amounts. Same with magnesium. Calcium and magnesium are too different nutrients that need to be treated differently. Too much calcium will lock out the magnesium.. Too much magnesium will lock out the calcium. It's a delicate balance. I've never known of a reason to give "heavy doses" of calmag.. Im pretty sure you have locked out one or both.. If the coco was buffered, it was buffered with calcium which is another calcium source.. So with you adding heavy doses with calcium already buffered in, Im sure that delicate balance is not balanced.

EC going in is around 1800. EC in runoff is around 1900. Hand watering twice a day. PH never swings. 5.9 in veg, 6.1 in flower. What would cause lockout outside of PH? Here is a pic with better lighting but barely shows the problem on the outside leaves. I will try and get more photos tonight. Thank you for the reply!

That EC is way too high for an auto plant. Myself, and many others here do not do over 500-550 ppms max.. Or 1.0-1.1 ec. And that 500ppms is only during the peak of flower for one or two feeds. 1800-1900 means that there is way to much nutrient sitting in that pot.. The EC going in should be HIGHER than the run off ec (if/when the plants are eating/using the nutes).. If the run off ec is the same or higher, that tells you that the plant is not feeding, or cannot access the nutrients in the pot to use.

Somehow I missed the whole second part of your comment Proph. I didnt see anything after the pic. I believe my EC is higher going in than coming out. I just must have written down the wrong numbers. I will check again when I get home. How can I determine an exact EC for a plant? I know that some people have criticized my amount, but I am still under the recommended dosage for my nutrient line (MegaCrop, BE, SC). This is also the first plant I have ever had trouble with, at least a trouble that I have noticed. My last plants were pushed harder at 2.2ec in late flower with no issues, looked beautiful, and packed on 9&10oz. One did get a slight touch of burn towards the end. So, my question is how do I know when I have hit an EC that is too high? If I feed my 10 day old plants at .4 ec they turn lime green and do not grow. My nutes call for .55 ec at the seedling stage and on my current baby im upping that to .6 just to keep her green. In flower they call for 2.1EC but I have dialed that back a bit. Either my nutes suck or something. Anytime I have tried to dial back to recommended amounts. they look worse and worse. Greenleaf says dial it in by color in veg and then increase PK boosters in flower until basically your plant cant take any more.

If I go above EC=1.0 in hydro, the plants get sick.
I generally stay around EC=0.9 or less for most of veg and flower, but EC~0.7 with dimmed lights near harvest.

@TheCannaZombie This probably won't make you feel any better but this is the story of my life. Everything looks like a calcium issue but it doesn't matter what I do it never goes away. And I keep my ppm's about 500.

First off GL Mega Crop 2 Part has all the calcium you will ever need no matter if soil/hydro/coco. Do Not add Cal-Mag. I am adding a little bit of Magnesium not because I think it needs magnesium but because the B-Vitamin I use is in a magnesium carrier.

This chart I used in my latest Photoperiod grow and the results were very good. These are the actual measured PPMs. These amounts were used in 10 gallons of water. Let me explain the Week x+x line = a once a week reservoir refresh by a complete change including all of the bio-stimulants; then the Add line = about 33% strength Part A and 33% part B is added to the reservoir daily to replace the nutrients used by the days fertigations this keeps the PPMs = to the starting numbers.

This is the chart I will be using for Autos but it will be refined as I grow by observing the plants. These are projected PPMs
