All 6 autos - Day 23

I did install a Vivosun 4" inline fan 203 cfm/carbon filter system 2 days ago. Humidity dropped 25%, temp a pretty solid 77 now with fan on lowest setting. The fan is pretty damn quiet!
Just in time on the install as I was starting to get a little odor in thst room, still have some wire maintenance to finish up on.
Pic taken right after install.

Plan is to add a Scrog net later in the week.

A couple of notes
- I cut every single handle off the felt pots. They were always on the way, whether it was leaf growth or whatever.
- Whe using felt pots with Coco coir, vermiculite and perlite, you really do not want to pick the pots by the handle as the mixture is very loose. You will end up with large gaps btw soil and felt pot edge.
Pickup felt pots with bottom support.
- On the medium mixture, since it is so porous, i prefer multiple small daily feedings, rotating my various different premixtures. Plants intake requirements are definitely increasing

Setup looks good & the gals look amazing. This looks like it’s gonna be a nice grow & a sweet journal. I’m subbed.

Soil ph is hanging around 6.8 on all six pots. When premixing for feedings, I am trying to stay between 5.8 and 6.0, closer to 5.8 the better. Over time, with the added mushroom compost, the soil ph should gradually drop. The only possible exception is Auto Blackberry Kush [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] - it is the only 3 gallon felt pot and has a few extra ingredients in the original soil/compost/etc mix, you might say my own super soil experiment. pH is running closer to 7 and this plant is a bit more "sensitive" to change than the others. It was also the slowest to germinate, thus last into a pot. The last couple of days it has showed signs of getting its act together with good new growth. Expecting all to show good vertical growth over the next week.

I completely agree with your statement. I also grow in a coco with fabric pots, & I have also noticed the same thing when trying to move with handles.

Recently I have read 2 exceptional books on growing. I am not trolling these books, do not know either author, just damn good books. Amazon link for each included.

Now, I actually use 5 gal pots with a coco perlite mix, & have adopted & modified this external reservoir that my brother @Ash-a-Ton came up with. I put 7quart oil pan under each pot to catch runoff. I feed 2x a week, & I water heavy enough to fill the oil pans (external reservoir) all the way up. However instead of draining the runoff I leave it. I believe coco is already very airy, & with the added perlite even more so. So instead of feeding daily I let the fabric pot, the coco, & the external res do some of the work for me, as the fabric pot & the coco slowly wic up the water from the external res.
