New Grower Moving Indoors: Critical +, Rhino Ryder

Time for some mid week pics. I think the top cola on the RR got a little light burnt. It's the only one with the leaves that look that way, (brownish) I'm not overly concerned, just moved up the lights. Hopefully they won't stretch too much more, I don't have much more room to move up the lights. Todays pics were taken at 37 days. I'll water them tomorrow with recharge. I'll water them again with nutrients on Sat. If they don't look like they're stretching anymore I'll hit them with Canna P/K and Boost.

First, I like what you are doing on your grow. Then especially for a first grow. I would highly advise against a heavy leaf removal once stretch stops. Each time you remove a leaf, the plant starts a replacement. When they stop stretching is when you want them to grow flowers. They also need those leaves to catch and process the light. It will shed the leaves as it gets into the ripening phase.

@Hal 8999 Thanks for the rep, and the kind words. For the record this is how I've gone about trimming. First the Critical + has made it easy, it randomly kills of leaves, so I just clip those out. I'll post a picture of one tomorrow.

All I did with the Rhino Ryder was take out some of the lower leaves, and leaves that covered over a bud site.

After 2-3 weeks of bloom, I recommend cutting of any lower buds that are not developing right. It will free up lots of energy for the plant to fully develop those top buds. Like you said, you can not put the leaves back on.

It's day 40, and time for an update. They don't seem to be stretching anymore, so I made the executive decision to add the bloom booster today. I've been watering every other day, (.5 gal each) but I've stopped getting any runoff. So I'm gonna water with the Recharge tomorrow, I'll water with the bloom booster once more, then back to regular nutrients until it's time to flush. We'll see if I need to switch to daily watering, and how much more trimming I'll do

Time for some mid week pics. They're getting watered everyday now, .5 gallon each. One day with nutrients, one day with Recharge.

Time for the weekly update. I hit them with some bloom nutes this week.

I also have a theory I wouldn't mind some input on. I think I kept my light too close, and may have confused light burn with nute burn. I pulled back on how much nutrient I was using early on, and may have stunted the bud growth.
My light is fairly strong for the size tent I'm using. The plants are super bushy, and less than 2' tall. Overall I'm happy with the progress, but the buds aren't very fat. I'm not overly concerned, just want to get it right.

Watered with this 4 times this week, and Recharge on alternate days.
