New Grower Moving Indoors: Critical +, Rhino Ryder

Good deal @Steve Austin .that thread explains why you are removing them and that's better than someone just telling you to cut them...Peace Brother !!!

Time for my weekly update.

1-gal of nutes, divided between the two.
10 ml each of canna A+B
05 ml canna rhizo
10 ml canna cannazime
05 ml cal/mag

1-gal of water + Recharge + 5ml cal/mag, divided between the two

Still feeding the same amount, but I'm not getting any runoff now. I was getting a little before, that I soaked up with a towel.

Should I water to runoff at least once a week, or ever?

I removed A bunch of water leaves, but I feel like some more could go. Any thoughts?

Plants are 26 days old.

Time for a weekly update. First of all, since my only goal with my first grow was to just not to kill them. I'm feeling pretty good about things so far. Now I'm hoping they don't overgrow my tent. (I know first world problems) From the base of the plant to the bottom of my light (in it's highest position) is 37 inches, and no a bigger tent is not an option.

I watered in some more nutrients this week. Same formula as before, just used another gallon this week. Also The Critical + doesn't have a main cola, just a bunch of branches competing for supremacy. I wonder which one will win.

per/gal 2 times this week
10 ml each of canna A+B
05 ml canna rhizo
10 ml canna cannazime
05 ml cal/mag

1 gal of recharge with 5 ml of cal/mag

RR with my first bud pic. Base is a good 1.5 inch diameter.

They are looking good SA !!! How far are you taking the leaf removal?? Peace!!

@Steve Austin ,they are looking awesome,so the next obvious question is,have you seen an improvement since you started taking the water leaves off?? Two of my plants were chosen as testers and the both have developed better than the untouched plants.mine were fimmed/topped and lst'ed to compare with natural growth ...Peace!

@budelee, well as this is my first time I don't have anything to compare too. I feel like it's going well, but I'm not sure how much the trimming is helping. Even though l'm sure it is. Everyone else's looks good when they do it. I'll keep taking a few at a time. I'll remove a bunch more when they stop stretching.

Of course, any thoughts or opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Steve Austin .heres just my thoughts..After reading the Defoliation thread on this and another forum it is a highly debatable topic.some say it works and some say it don't,just like our threads have people for it and against it..my auto experience is still limited but I'm all for trying different methods to see if they work for me,just like the current DP grow, one was fimmed multiple times and one was left alone. Now I'm not done with the project but the two plants did grow completely different, the final weight will be the true deciding factor ..I have used defoliation on photos, and use it to some extent with autos but I have no finished data to say it works or it doesn't!!! But just like the phrase in your sig reads,,change the way you look!! I have read that kush strains like defoliation better, but that's just someone else's experience.okay, long winded response but again ,these are just my thoughts!!
