2 more JEMS in the dirt today! I'm waiting on 1 more JEM. Doesn't seem to be doing much but I'm not giving up yet. I may pull one out to keep an even 4. We'll see...

The 1st Duurty Dragon that went in the dirt yesterday is already out of the dirt and has it's Cotyls down! Working on it's 1st true set already! I'm sure the other 3 will be out here soon enough.

Hey Bro! Ah, I'm heavily medicated at the moment... MJ and my prescribed Vicodin from the wreck... SO I'm feeling moderate pain at the moment... LOL A bit loopy right now! Getting a Cortizone shot on Wed so I'm anxiously awaiting that. They've helped in the past although I hate getting them. But I know it will help. For a few weeks anyway. Thanks for askin' bro!

So all 4 Duurty's are out and doing good! 2 out of the 3 PJ's are out of the dirt and doing good! The last PJ that didn't germ still hasn't so back in the fridge it will go after a week of drying out. I will pull another PJ out here in a few to go to the PT in a few days.

Yea I fell off a telephone pole 40 feet running conduit or verizon fios 3 years ago. Started off on cortisone shots. Got 3 in a couple months then had my 1st lumbar surgery. Was still in pain and was getting epidural injection and nerve blockers. Got a 2 nd surgery about a year ago and been on oxycodone 30 Mgs 6 times a day since. 180 Mgs a day Is no joke. I'm now a product of the governments pain medicine. I'm no stranger to pain so I know hoe ya feel. I have 3 herniated disc L3-L4,L4-L5 and L5-S1 with masses protruding on exiting nerve roots. Last MRI says I now have severe stenosis. No joke. On top of that I jacked my neck up in the fall and get severe headaches. Cortisone works for some people not for others so of it helped you before it should work again. Didn't help me much when I got em. But then again nothing has. Still in pain after 2 surgeries. Hope you feel better man and everything works out. Being in pain blows.

damn captain - sounds like my back! except Ive got a cple more "battleship co-ordinates". How did you go after you epidural injections? I had one a while back and the dimwits failed to tell me I wldnt be able to walk afterwards. In the recuperation room I read all patients MUST have someone picking them up as cant walk etc. Kinda wish I knew that beforehand as I was about 400Kms from home and having to get home myself on public transport - thats hard enough to do being legally blind but without control of legs it was crazy!! I earnt my when I got home that night!! Was proud of myself though - nurse said I was the only person who didnt even make an indentation of the sqeezy ball whilst having it done - I wlda but I was actually concentrating on NOT sqeezing it to try and ignore the pain (I often do things backwards!)

Hope the cortisone shot helps West - buckets of karma sent your way mate :smokebuds:. That reminds me - do you guys ever do bucket bongs over there or is it an Aus thing??

Yea I couldn't feel my legs either after epidural and nerve blocks. I actually tried walking too and when it finally wore off my leg was killing me. Here I pulled my calf muscle. Must have did something to it trying to walk and couldn't feel it because it was numb :no: maybe a week after the eps the pain came right back. 2 herniated disc surgeries and still in alot of pain. Everyday is like groundhog day. Same crap. Can barely get out of bed in the am. They want to do a spinal fusion but I still haven't agreed. I'm 28 years old and just don't know what I wantto do. Have 2 people in my family who have had them and both had failed fusions. Bone didn't graft to the cage and theyre both really screwed up. I have a 3 year old and a son due Dec 3rd. Decisions decisions. Sorry west for ranting on your thread bro lol. We know how you feel!!

Aye brothers... No worries. I didn't take it as a hijacking! That is some serious shit you guys! The wife has 1 herniated disc as it is. Had her L5 removed a few yrs back before the wreck. Glaucoma you and my wife have waaay to much in common... In a painful way. Bucket bong? Is that like a Gravity Bong? We've done that before in a bathtub of water with a big ol 5 gallon water jug LOL if that's what you mean! lol

Yeah our wreck was on March 25th, 2010 and my 30th bd was on April 11th, 2011 so I know what that's like spending your "milestone" bd in bed laid up in pain. The cortizone shots help SOMETIMES it depends where I get them... Dude T-Boned us when he blew a red light... Glaucoma knows the story but for CC he hit on my side doing about 50-55... I was going through a green light that was green the whole time. He just wasn't paying attention or whatever... Anyway so my left side was nailed and I have problems from my knee to my shoulder. Luckily enough the only things that didn't get messed up were my neck and back. I mean I have back spasms but that mostly from my ribs. One broke from the air bag coming out my seat. I had a Infiniti G35 coupe and thank god Infiniti/Nissan have the BEST airbag systems on the planet. Saved my life. And my wife's. So this shit doesn't help. I couldn't imagine falling 40 feet. Sorry to hear of that man. I don't have kids but I can understand the decision making. They keep stressing me for knee replacement cuz my left knee I tore my ACL years ago and had that replaced already and since the wreck (steering wheel severed my quad) and it doesn't hold my replacement in place well anymore. Now it keeps going out on me. So after the shot I got today I had to go to the Chiro to get my ribs adjusted.... Glad that's over! Never worry about hijacking my thread. We're all here to help each other along... Not with just growing!

So I have excellent news in the DD and JEM dept!

All 4 DD's are doing great! All 3 JEMS are doing great! I put 2 more JEMS in the PT tonight. If it helps with pain as much as I've been told I want to grow as much as I can right now!

I'll get some group pics up maybe later tonight. Depends on if these Ultram knock me out or not. Vicodin don't do shit anymore. Plus I can only stomache one a day. Anyway hate to sound like a cry ass! Thanks guys! I appreciate all your concerns. Hope you all are keeping well!
