Lighting Modular Cree COB build

Im trying to compare cobs to 315w CDM light. It says 1.9umol/W for the Philips bulb.

So.
1.9*315=684 PPF
684/1.44=475 PPFD

Is this correct?

So 8*3590@63w each, driver meanwell 240H.

63*8=504W
504/2=252 PAR W

252*4.65=1172 PPF (1m2)
1172/1.44=813 PPFD in my 120*120 tent?

Thats seems on the rather good end no?

Edit: Holy crap i need to start using the "Edit" function...

My english is really bad, hope you will understand.

One CXB 3590 at 50W is 56% efficient. That means 50*0.56 = 28 PAR W
28 PAR W is usable light for plants. 50-28 = 22 ... this means 22W is heat. You search for proper heatsink which can carry 22W heat.
HPS bulbs are around 30-40% efficient. So if you have 600W HPS, that means this light gives you 180-240W of light and 420-360W of heat. I guess 5-6 CXB 3590 at 50W will be better than this 600W HPS with much less heat. However, it's lower end. You want around 900-1100 PPFD.

The other way to calculate PPFD with lumens is also pretty simple. Total lumens / LER(324 for CXB 3500k 80cri) is the PAR W. Multiply this by the QER (4.65 ) for the PPF. Then the PPF divided by your 1,44m2 space gives you the PPFD.
