These seeds got mixed up in transport (had to be sent loose for security reasons), so I'm not quite sure what I'm growing. They are a combination of either Jack 47 Auto, Green Poison Auto or Sweet Cheese Auto.

The soil is local (Thailand) potting compost - a mix of mud, sand and coco coir. A kilo of worm castings has been added to each 8-litre pot. I have no access to any kind of canna nutes, so as usual I'm winging it with whatever is available, in this case tomato food with an NPK of 4-4-8. In addition, I'm using molasses and Epsom salts (MgSO4).

The light is a GrowNorthern Holographic Series 1. It's my first grow using an LED. Light schedule is 20/4. Distance from light to plants is approximately 40cm.

The ladies are almost three weeks old, so here's a little history:

17 Aug - both seeds in a glass of water overnight
18 Aug - both seeds in a damp paper towel overnight
19 Aug - both taproots show, seeds planted in soil
20 Aug - seed husks off and cotyledons unfurl
21 Aug - first leaves develop

Textbook. Couldn't ask for better genetics. Two separate strains completely in tandem.

Here they are on 28 Aug:

Apologies for the quality of the image: the wife is away with the good camera.

BTW, I have been an AFN member since 2012. My details got corrupted and I had to reregister.

Day 25 Update:

Two very different ladies now - one tall and airy, the other squat and bushy. The smaller plant showed her gender on day 19.

Had to bring the plants outside for a photo session as I can't get a decent shot under the light (maybe the HS1's limited wavelengths, or just the camera).

:bighug::pass::bighug:Canna' my friend, been thinking about ya, and here you Ninja'ed up on me! I never come in through this forum door, so I missed this 'til now! :baghead: Holler at me, ay? There's much to catch up on brother, which finds me distracted and focused elsewhere,... I'll get a PM out to you soon, and soak up the goodness here a bit later,... I'm fried just now, but wanted to say howdy at least! :drunks: Cheers mate!

Yeah, brother Waira...it's been way too long since we last spoke. :pass:

My wife's mother has cancer and we've had to spend much time away from home to look after her. But I'm loving this grow (I love 'em all really ). Never had anything flower anywhere near as early as these Sweets. They're a real treat to grow, and the short one is just gorgeous (reckon it's the Sweet Cheese - it's quite pungent). The tall one looks just like the GP I grew last year - all central cola and hardly any peripherals. Just hope I grow this one better. :coffee2:
