Sweet Seeds Mixed Sweets in Soil Under a GN HS1

Just noticed the previous two pics I posted are the same (stoner moment ), so here's the real short one:

Day 28 Update:

Sweets1709.jpg

Still can't get a decent image under the HS1, no matter what settings I use on the SLR. So I've had to adjust gamma to try and get a true representation.

The tall one is about 20'' high; the squat one (sitting on an old wooden lampshade to equalize heights) half that. Have started using the tomato fertilizer (4-4-8) to up the K. Will probably be a little too much N and not enough P for flowering, but so be it: I have to work with what I have. Everything looking good so far...

Day 33 Update:

All going well. The tall one, which I'm 90% sure is the Green Poison Auto from the lime green leaves and the smell, is now 30'' tall; the short one, now 15'', doesn't look to be growing like a typical Sweet Cheese (from grows I've seen), so I'm going for Jack 47. Both ladies almost a week into flowering.

Once again, apologies for the quality of the photos. The camera's light sensor seems to be out of whack and I have to correct the light and colour balance on each image.

:d5: Oh-ho-hoooh, Mama! An GN Holo' unit!! ...that's the bomb LED my friend, and thank the many green gods, it's sooo much cooler! .... I recall, the bean mix-up situation,..good thing it's win-win-win-... As usual, you're doing damned well with your limited nutrient and soil choices,...The girls look great! :greenthumb:Do you still have that orchid food for bloom? Or can you get some, with high PK? less suspect at least! .... As for the guessing game -- you know, I've seen several short Chz pheno's, but I can't recall if the leaves were that skinny,... J47 is sativa dom., so should be built more like the tall one,... but that has fatter fingers, and those lat's are stretching out like a GP,...:shrug::doh: :haha: ,,and then there's what your nose knows,...:eyebrows: The Chz should be very sweet, mine had little in the cheese dept. as far as aroma goes, but until there's mature trich's around, it's a toss-up! Maybe Tommy and Jaypp can shed some light on this ....next chance you get, score the F1 Fast Versions! Wow, the flowering speed is amazing- :coffee: Have a peek at my FV grow, linked in my signature,.. doing an update tomorrow as well,... that Killer Kush was done blooming in just over 4 weeks, mate! GP, not far behind....:headbang:
.... Aw, damn Canna,... sorry to hear about the family illness,..:bighug: Bless you for taking up those difficult reigns,... I still have to PM you about other things,.... i think you knew, Dad passed in January this year,... did a lot of that home care thing toward the end, so I know how difficult it is!

... :pass: Looking great here my friend! If you have any questions about the GN unit, talk with our good brother TaNg, he's the man for this! Meantime, allow me to be the first to heat your arse with a mighty :slap:!!! :naughtystep: :gary: Cheers mate!

Do you still have that orchid food for bloom?
(The new board's right-click, multi-quote feature is really handy!)

Yes, mate. But I'm hoping I don't have to use it. I'll see how I go with the 4-4-8 tomato food (from kelp), but the wife is due back from Europe in a week or so and I may get her to bring back something suitable.

I've already peeked. The KK is amazing. :drool:I had no idea the F1s flowered that quickly. Once again, I bow in your general direction.

i think you knew, Dad passed in January this year,... did a lot of that home care thing toward the end, so I know how difficult it is!
Yes. We exchanged PMs at the time (which I don't have access to until my account is, hopefully, fixed). Having been through this myself, I know just how difficult it must be for you.

Oh-ho-hoooh, Mama! An GN Holo' unit!!

Oh, yeah...I'm loving the HS1. After the disappointment of having the M00006 blow a module when I first switched it on back in 2013, and the replacement unit not arriving in time for me to bring back, I'm happy I waited the year and a half for the HS1. It's small, and runs very cool and quiet. My only criticism is that the spread of light is a little constrained. I could do with another one. :eyebrows:

The rep is much appreciated, brother. :pass::pighug:

Subbed up bro, your girls look great.

Appreciate that, TaNg. :pass: Your grows are something mere mortals like me can only envy.

Day 36 Update: Stretching seems to have stopped, thankfully, and both ladies are busy making flowers. I slightly overdid the tomato feed, resulting in some burnt tips, but at least I now know what the girls can tolerate.

The camera problems appear to be in the 18 - 50mm lens - mold on the inside. Comes with living in the tropics. :coffee2: I found my old 90 - 300mm lens to take these pics, but had to take them from 20' away.
