Indoor MikeyB420's 1st Indoor Grow

Hi All,

Day 41

Just a quick photo update (pink/purple/and some green? porn shots!) I'm off tomorrow for a day and a bit away in the smoke to watch my beloved Gooners hopefully sort out them Spurs on Sunday afternoon? My house mate is going to look in on my girls and update me if there are any perceived problems, all should be kool and dandy after a feed in the morning.

At the present time, LED is on 20/4, soil pH values are between 6.2/6.5 and apart from what I believe is a touch of nute burn on the lower fan leaves on one of the Kushryders (Airpots are an absolute bitch to water!), all seems well to me? I'm planning to stay on veg nutes for another week although the temptation is to switch into flowering nutes now as there are so many bud sites.

Anyway, the pics!

have a good trip. That light sure does weird stuff to your pics.

Hi All,

Day 44/45

Well, A disheartened Gooner came home to rest his confused head. (Spurs, you did better than us, Fact!) What did I find? My house-mate was recovering from a diabetic hypo, (he is fortunately ok!) and one the girls needing more Nitrogen! I have found yellowing leaves on my return, oh well, piss time!

First some photo's.

I intend to deal with the apparent nitrogen def with liquid urea as I haven't yet got any blood meal (I asked my local butcher to find out if he can get me dried blood). I've got some Epsom salts on standby if it's a cal/mag def but, as it is only one of the girls which seems to be suffering at the moment, I'm 95% sure it's a nitrogen problem. Other than that, temps are 24/26c lights on and 19/20c lights out, still on 20/4. RH is between 40-60%. Will stay on full strength veg nutes for a week or so longer as the girls haven't stretched as much as I expected over the last week.

Peace and Love to you all!

Mike.

That's some cool growing Mike! Good Vibes for your ailing AKR! But even she looks damn good

Sounds like the guys in the infirmary calmed your nerves a bit, right?
Cool buds on the way!

I feel like a right berk at the mo, I think somehow I got it into my head I was growing Kush Van Stitch and got carried away when I read the details of Namvets smoke report on his KVS grow!

Yes, I'm a lot calmer than I was earlier, when I was :help: :D

Mike (In a peaceful and loving mood)

Hi All,

Day 59

Well, what can I say after my major panic on day 52? Perhaps, a big thanks for the positive comments and timely advice I received from my visit to the infirmary, more so after a false alarm on my part! (You noob, Mike!)

:smokebuds: Cheers Guys!

Anyway, in eager anticipation I went out and bought a 60x mini microscope (very mini by the way, I have great trouble holding it still!) to check trichome development, I only had a photographic loupe before, not the best and I can report that I can now see a few (10%) cloudy trics on the Kushryder in question. The other 3 girls are all still clear. Bearing that in mind, I decided to go to full strength flowering nutes for the rest of the grow till I start the flush, (I am using Plagron Terra nutrients, so this is Terra Bloom and Green Sensation.) in an effort to make up for my bad/inattentive feeding regime earlier in the grow.

With regard to the usuals, temps are 27/25c lights on, 19/20c off. RH 40-50% and light on 20/4. Something unusual though (I think?) there seems to be reduced aroma coming off any of the girls, please don't get me wrong, yes there is a lovely earthy/dank smell constantly but, compared to 10 days ago it has definitely diminished! Is this cause for concern?

Ok, photo time!
