Indeed it should......I too have joined the malarkey, snipping, crushing and bending........

Weird problem... they recover so fast from supercropping that I have to crush and bend again to keep them down. Supercropped twice but the main stem straightened up to a 45 degree angle.

Low stress training seems tedious, but I guess I'll have to. I can crush and bend every side stem to shape the plant but they are gonna bounce back!

super......some good tips there.....given the vastness of AFN it's inevitable that the same subjects crop up in different places......nobody can expect anyone to read everything..........

Oh for sure...I bet there are some incredibly informative threads buried deep amongst the pages.

Just hang a weight from the top and it will hold it at whatever angle you want... Sometimes I wrap a wire around a little plastic bottle and keep adding water till I like the angle of the branch... You'll often see me hanging something on a branch here or there to control this kind of stuff...

I'll hear about something or google something like 'how to increase your cannabis yield' and come up with a ton of subjects and then start searching... sometimes google finds AFN stuff I can't find otherwise... Just imagine something neat to do with your plants and someone somewhere out there has most likely tried it...

What's this I hear? LST sounds tedious?! Admittedly it's time consuming bending those girls over and tying them down hard (but not too hard) but I really enjoy it as I find it's a tactile, sensual growing together with your girls. I do like a bit of HST too though so it's all good as long as you're growing. Good luck

Love the bottle idea, I go for the more traditional wire from branch to pot rim, the branch easily adjusted by pulling/releasing the wire.

Yes the wire is also excellent... I use bottles in my japanese garden so it was a natural progression and looks funky... You can hang all kinds of stuff...
