Indoor Mephisto Auto Blue, GH nutrients and coco, lumigrow pro led

Day 35

I'm going to have to remember to look this train up and see just how long it grows. She is definitely stretching now, but I'm not positive that she's stretching enough for me. Anyway, more defoliation today so I have some before pictures and some after pictures and I did another foliar feed.

Prior to the foliar feeding and defoliation I had started twice a day watering I haven't found I need it with the foliar feeding and the defoliation together.

So I guess we'll see how things go. Thanks for stopping by!

I did some more defoliation yesterday and another spray with the foliar spray. I believe she has grown about six inches since the stretch began, but I'm worried that I probably won't get enough stretch to finish this plant the way I wanted. So I'm going to start doing a little bit of thinning of the Interior branches just in case she stays short and squat.

I didn't get an after shot from the front which is too bad because the shape is kind of nice where I finished up.

Okay crummy job of photos I don't even think I got an after photo. But, I'm kind of tired so I guess this is the update.

How does your GH Coco PH after you start it? I'm using the same kind and my PH won't go below 6.8 no matter how much I rinse it.

I don't bother measuring runoff pH or total dissolved solids. I just make sure I get plenty of run off and whenever I don't I notice problems.

So when I use that GH Coco I use just enough water to get her rehydrated I mean I used kind of a slow process of a couple days in a big plastic bin I have. Then I mix up a nutrient mix usually just use Rapid start and Cal Mag and I run that through the coco until it's not quite so red meaning I might put 2-3 gallons of water through a 3 gallon pot.

That's it. I simply plant straight into that coco, after a 24-36 hour soak on the fridge, with my seeds from there.

Now, someday soon I will start measuring pH and runoff etc. But, that'll be because I'm doing Auto water and once I get things set up I will be doing something close to hydro.
