Indoor Mephisto (and others) Grow

I run oceans forest or happy frog for the bottom 2/3 of my pots then a layer of worm castings and growilla dry amendments marbled in not mixed thoroughly then I top my pots of with a mix of 70 percent coco and 30 percent soil and top feed every 2 weeks. We all get them. I gave it a good chance but I'm thinking no go now.
Both of these are Mephisto White & Sour at the same age.
Look at the difference...

No.
It's an older seed I had called Strawberry Blue. We will see. It's a photo. It'll go outside

It produced well and was potent in a previous grow.

At two weeks.
I had 2 that didn't pop good but I germinated replacements. Those will go outside later as will 3 others when I decide which 4 stay in the tent.
