MEGA CROP 2.0 750g free sample promo

Hey thanks a bunch for the help. The basket is a coco powder bucket lol. Fits in the lid nice and secure. Was going to either paint the bucket and lid black or run duct tape around it etc. 600w HPS and about 1000 true watts of LED. Don’t always run the LEDS. Temps in tent sit around 80-84, so definitely will have to cool the water. Can grab a real net basket on my way home from work if I need to. Is 170GPH strong enough pump for one plant?
These are what I use on five gallon buckets. The size netpot is up to you, five or six inch is a good starting point. The one you see in my pictures are ten inch baskets.

Silver reflective duct tape will block out light from your bucket and reflect it back into the room. I’m always a little leary of using paint in this situation. The pump you have will do for one bucket, perhaps more. I started out with a 240gph and have since upgraded to something more industrial. LOL

If you are afraid of high water temps, then you might want to invest in some Hydroguard. When I use to struggle in the summer months I had a 25 pack of freezer packs that I could swap in and out. I use an aquarium temp gauge for monitoring water temps. DWC has it’s upfront costs but most of it is reusable and the harvest can make it worthwhile once you have it dialed in.

And this is what can happen if you don’t keep your DWC garden under control.

Screen shotted that thanks a bunch. Do you use megacrop as a stand alone nute in DWC? Trying to do this as cheap as possible. Someone mentiones I’m going to have to keep my bucket water temps down. Was gonna use frozen two liters of ice in the bucket. Hope 170GPH is enough air flow....
It looks like a lot of this has been answered. But to answer you questions directly. Yes , I use MC as a stand alone product. For temps, I keep my water at 63°F. Its outside the tent in basement so I actually have to heat my water. Not sure on airflow, as I run an ebb and flow system. You mentioned cost. So I will re itterate what I beleive was already said in that hydro is not the cheapest option to start off with but the reusability of what you do buy makes it more cost efficient in the long run. What kind of medium is that? It looks like aquarium gravel?

This will work fine, but depending on water/factors, wait a few minutes to make sure everything is fully dissolved to get accurate EC readings.
I actually mix up ten gallons at a time and the let it sit for 24 hours. That way everything is dissolved, the pH has usually settled, and the temp has stabilized.

Tried to pull the trigger on a free sample, but I guess the offer has expired.
They still have the 300g bag on their website.

Thanks, but I do still have the big bag of the old formula that I'm getting ready to open ... just finished off the first 1000g sample I got last year. I've been adding BE during flower and humic, (Ancient Earth), throughout. I'm loving the results btw! :d5:

Very nice! I'm actually waiting on a Biotabs order for my next grow. But I saw this, and went ahead and jumped on it! Sounds like good stuff for sure.
