Close up time

She’s been defoliated heavily three times folks… Aurora 2, the Northern Lights going to be a giant, but will be another 50-60 days I bet. The smoke is very nice and very potent. Going to be a lot of pressed bud with her once I get my Rosin press. Can’t wait for that to get ordered. Think I’m going with the Upgraded 4 ton by Rositek. Still looking! 4/20 is coming!!

She’s building, but it’s going to take some time.

I really grow artisanal looking plants. Don’t really want to grow many monsters anymore,…they’re just to much of a handful and have issues.

I really do like plants on the 60-120 gram range that can be controlled and kept neat. Quality over quantity

On 4/20 I plan to make a large purchase of seeds as well. I would love recommendations on that too. Sticking with Autos though. No photos just yet. Except we will run a couple outside this year.

Day 65 MedCzech’s ManCave

Watered on bottom at 6.6 ph around the usual .4-.6 liters. I had done another defoliation on Celeste 2, the Lemon Haze. All is relatively quiet, except I decided to push the girls even further with light. Maxed out in zones 1 & 2, and at almost 70% on the big light in zone 3. They all seem to be handling the light just fine. The right side still needs a little time before we can crank it up too!

DG starting to do something! She’s going to take time because there are so many bud sites. Probably should have lollipopped her even more!

Mango Smile getting closer. Probably only 2 weeks or so left on her! Small dense buds on this Sativa going to be small, around 60-70 grams, my guess.

An then there was Aurora 2 . Monster plant. Can’t wait to see those buds rocking in the breeze.

Moved the STH, Leia closer to zone 4 for more light. Getting around 750 right there.

For those on the fence about why here or not LST creates more yield, the contrast between right side and left side of tent should be obvious.
Training increases yield by at least 20-30% from my experience, sometimes more if you stay mega disciplined

Lemon Haze 1 definitely a different phenotype than the younger sister.

Can’t wait to see if she turns color. They can turn red and pinkish.

Another different phenotype here. Lila 3. I think she is a mutant of sorts. Genetics a little off on her. Her leaf structure looks like she’s getting either too much Nitrogen or she’s just got a genetic mutation. Strange looking buds though. No real smell in her trichomes either. Just a sweetish funk right now.

Leia looks nice though. Very young flowers here.

Day 67 MedCzech’s ManCave

Full Moon Edition

Full moon and the plants are really starting to add some weight. Next couple days will be big I think. Responding to the gravitational pull of the moon

Lights in zones 1 & 2 are at 100%, zone 3 at 90%, zones 4 & 5 now at 75%, and zone 6 at 50%. Around 850-1200 ppfd in the hot zones and only at 600-700 ppfd over the two younger ones.

Small issue with temp rising, but I hooked exhaust fan #2 to the ink bird system for temp control and problem is solved. Room right now around 26.5C and 60-62RH. Perfect for another week. Then I will start to reduce temps and RH as they enter late flower. Eventually getting to temps around 22C and around 50RH.

Celeste 2, the Haze phenotype is nice. Zoom in on her. Very cool looking buds!

Leia is going to turn red. I can see it in her buds already. Won’t show up on camera for another couple weeks probably!

Easter Edition

Top dressed all but the 3 in last couple weeks of flower, Sugar 2, Goldie 2, and Sunny. The rest got:

Diatomaceous Earth
Worm castings
Dr. Earth 4-6-3 & 3-9-6
Flower Girl 3-4-5 for better micros
Mychorrizea

Watered that in at 6.7 ph. Changed out the sticky traps to the butterfly series.

I needed to install another exhaust fan due to some small issues with heat and turn on both intake fans. Room is now stable at around 25.5C-27C and 58.5-61.5RH. All plants in flower now allows me to reduce the RH and temps down. Trying to get to 45-50RH and 21-23C.

Again, and hopefully for the last time we did a defoliation of Aurora and a couple others.

She’s just such a crazy fast growing plant. Going to be a monster plant. I keep saying that

Lila 2 is shaping up to be a winner

Thought she would be some little 40 gram plant. Nope…she has different plans. The main will be huge. My guess is 20 grams plus just on the main.

She’s slow and obviously very Sativa dominant with her smaller compact buds. Double Grape double nasty

After her defeat and top dress. The queen gets back in her spot!

Where’s them damn gnomes when I need ‘em?

Decided to lift a couple up since I can’t lower lights with Aurora’s height. Just tinkering around. They are getting absolutely blasted and aren’t flinching in this light!

I’ll make sure to get some isolated pics later before we chop them so you can see the plant on its own. Lots of variety in here right now. Definitely one if the coolest grows I have ever done. Really enjoying this challenge.
It’s lots if work if you want to do it right.
