A 600w or 900w LED light for your aquarium or illuminating the living room.............not very likely.

Sorry, I'm not having a go........just trying to state that anyone "in the know" delivering a package with such a sticker, will jump to a sensible conclusion........

yea well I am not afraid one bit of led light on a box period so lets just agree to disagree. And there is a lot of huge ass aquarium lights for sale so someone is using them.

Hey guys we're currently in discussion with Tina about some of the questions and issues that have been brought up here; please be patient while we get things sorted out. I understand some of you are frustrated but there's little point to beating the dead horse here; it will get no results any quicker and you guys are just feeding off each others energy at this point.

It is also your responsibility as consumers to be safe when making questionable purchases. Thats not the the obligation of the company you buy things from. If you are illegal and concerned about product being sent to your house, have it sent somewhere else or at least do your homework/due diligence. Ive had bales of soil delievered to my door with PROMIX BX proudly stamped on the side. Received commercial air pumps and carbon scrubber with the item name stamped on the box as the SKU. Its not just LED companies.

We are in conversation with Tina about the warranty and boxes, as soon as we get an official response we will get it sorted here.

I don't care led light and wattage on a box so what who cares whoopy doo It does not say grow light what is the big fuss. Hell I had one say growlight nothing happened. I think that some people watch to much hollywood action movies and equate them to real life.

If actual customers are concerned about there safety then this is a HUGE problem and SHOULD be discussed here so other potential customers can see the problems. Do AFN support Mars or the members here who have aired there fears. I remember talking to Muddy before Mars came on board and we were both worried about there integraty.

And we are currently discussing it with Tina on what the real story is; so instead of pointing to three different forums of he said's and she said's; we'll have official correspondence from our staff to one of our potential vendors. Which is why it was asked of you all to please patiently wait, instead of keep badgering on without waiting for the official reply.

I've heard the REAL story from REAL customers,I don't need to hear from Mars, it's obvious they lie to there customers so why wouldn't they lie to you? If you don't want people discussing the genuine concerns and fears then close the thread.

It would also Help if we could have actual Customers discussing it..so I can be Clear Who does have a Genuine problem.

The Mars Hydro label will be covered on the grow tent.
If it is not..we will suspend sales of the tents.

But..I was Right about the shipping labels..they need to be On.

"We can cover the logo on the tent box, no problem and it is already under process. But they stickers with LED LIGHT, I am not sure we can do that. In fact it is a must to stick that onto boxes, we ship the container to each warehouse and pay tax for you guys, we need to declare the goods and pay customs tax for you."

The Best we can do is make future customers aware that the light will come with that sticker on the box.

When Tina receives an enquiry/order now she will be showing customers a picture of the label so they know if that is acceptable for their security or not.
