And how are they supposed to ship and insure them then..?..

Every package I have sent..or have been sent has to be registered with the postal service or carriers..product dimensions and weights for carrier costs...product description for import duties...(some items aren't taxed...so you need to say what it is..)

I am EU.

Postal-wise, import-wise, the EU is one country, just like the US.......the weight and dimensions is for the volumetric calculation of shipping/postal/freight cost.

I can also mention that the 2 GN lights I received in the Netherlands from the UK, was completely non-descript, no markings or stickers.

And..any import duties.
I had the same when I Imported one of my LED Panels into Spain.
They needed an external invoice attatched to the box too..so customs could check it..

as far as I am Aware are Legal/postal/import stickers.
If those stats weren't On the package it wouldn't be allowed to be imported or posted..so can we Clarify which labels we are talking about..so I am clear.

The Mars hydro logo..?
This is the on I Think should be removed from the packaging..
Mossy the third picture with the sticker about LED Light was not from my post. I do have an objection to the logo and the contents of the box description. By the way there was two of each of those on the box.

I'm not really sure what you mean Mossy, there is no import duties within the EU.....was your LED light coming from outside the EU?

Cheers..Margahooja..just checking I was on the right one..

Yup the other one is Corgys.....but I need those two checked out..for Spain they are standard.
I know my poly tunnel had the same info on the box posted from the UK to Spain.

Yup..mine was outside the EU so import duties were payable.
From the UK to Spain there had to be a external invoice with details of Vat paid to avoid import duties.

That is why I was checking..the two highlighted are Standard for me in Spain.

Also.. in Spain I couldn't Return a product to Amazon UK in the Amazon box..coz although they would take UK post..spain has no Advertising on the box..so I had to wrap in brown paper to cover the amazon adverts up before they woul accept it for posting back to the UK..

I sorry Mossy, but that is against all rules of the common market, and I have never heard of any country getting an exception to the the free trade that is the EU common market. Are you sure that a package received from the UK in Spain is liable for customs procedures?

Anyways, Mars Hydro(actually LG-LED) has warehouse in Germany and the UK and they make no mistakes in pointing out in their advertising that no duties are payable by buyers, once they have their lights inside the EU as well as the US and Australia.
