I also thought it was epoxy related. I seen something similar happen with spider farmer boards. PCB melting...

I’m sure they will replace it for you as it looks like a manufacturing fault.

Hello i have just taken a new one apart only had it for on 24 hour. It just has some rubber on the back off the LED board which has started to bubble up of the board not good build at all inside a micky mouse if you know what i mean
Here is a pic off it this is goin in the bin

checked the solder lol its terrable it is only just touching the pads on some it has not run properly only half covered the joints done very poor indeed dry joints waiting to happen

They never bothered to get back to me. Won’t be buying from this company again defo bro. Would rather invest in a more supportive brand of lights than worry about fire hazards whilst I’m out

Well Mars isn't having a good record with these issues recently. I am not excusing the product or their behavior at all, however, I do wonder if they have had growth they can't manage and as a result QC has gone by the wayside.

Similar to the growing pains Mephisto has suffered.

I would have hoped to see a better resolution from the company for you guys. Especially with the foaming issue. Clearly a manufacturing fault.

Disappointing.

EDIT: where's @Les @HLG , those guys have some very nice lights in a similar size/price/range.
