New Grower Mandycheese made a woopsie

Hey everybody how's it going? So the veg nutes come today but I gave water just yesterday so prob be around sat that I give them. Which will be day 15. Now I understand that I shud start on a quarter and gradually build up. So its biobizz grow, on the back it says to give 2-4 ml per litre so do u suggest 1ml at first? And also the npk is 4.3.6 which bothered me a tiny bit, somewhere a few pages bk I was advised of an npk ratio of 3.1.2. So is the nitrogen in this a little low? I know these are really good nutes just wanna make sure its adequate b4 anythin goes wrong thank you muchly....

That is a little strange. Not sure about that way though I do think it would be fine. Someone more knowledgeable will add in sooner or later. If it says 2-4ml then 3 would be midway of what they consider a dose, a full dose. So I would use a little less than 1ml per liter if I were you. That's just to be safe, if the eat it up then you can slowly increase that amount. Nute burn sucks I know, I have 4 stunted babies that will probably make it but I have no idea what the yield or smoke will be like. Short life cycle and their behind two weeks. So we'll see. Hope I helped.

Also your John innes #2 contains nutes so be careful not to over do it.at day 15 I'd say there could still be some nutes in the soil..if you do feed start around half to a full ml,it shouldn't burn as there organic nutes but it's best to play it safe

All that's in the pot is the John Inns #2 I live up a hill in the highlands only other option at the shops was cheap poop or miracle grow. I neva mixed nythin else in cuz I was advised to kiss lol. (If I messed I prob wud make a mess) need learn more first. There's no perelite cuz the only one I cud get was a huge sack!! Remember I'm a wee lassy I was goin quote what its says on the bag but won't bore u all. In short it says it allows roots to spread around whole container.

It's all good,we help each other out round these parts :howdy: with your soil having no perlite allow it to dry out between waterings this will allow some air to the roots.not bone dry tho lol :smokebuds:

Yea perlite is a must in all my grows be it autos or photos. My soil comes with perlite then I add another 25-30%. Airy soil helps the soil drain better and the roots spread and grow more quickly. It all starts under the soil. The roots determine what grows above looks like. I would start the Nutes any where from 1/2 ML to 1 ML. Most likely start with a 1/2 ML.

Hey thanks for that info, I wondered as I can only get the perlite in big sacks is there an alternative I cud get from sum where like b&q?? Thanks again.

Well just thought I would give a little update although there's not much to tell. Everything still seems fine. Not goin to feed her nutes until mid next wk around the 20 mark unless anyone thinks I shud give em earlier. Will put some pic up either 2morra or sat hopefully there be a bit of difference.. And just to say along way to go yet but without this site I doubt that I wud be this far...... Sum1 on the estate I used to live always talked about growin but really they dnt know much at all.... So thanks everyone!! Woo hoo!! muchly appreciated!!
