Thanks Mandycheese.Tthese are my first pics and i see my description isnt in one sentence Took over two hours to get this posted, and im not smoking yet.

Hi squid, thanks :) so I'm going to leave the nitrazyme n carry on with ph water. My ph is sittin around 6.3 / 6.5 and the water is always at 7 so is this ok? And now the really stupid question.....How do I know when to start the biobizz? Its the bloom which is from the start of flower. This is my first time eva after all ;p

Hey mandy. Good idea on just the water. Not saying that the Nitrazyme wouldn't work or help but it's better to KISS(Keep it simple stupid) for starters. I have been learning this too, some of it the hard way. My main advice. PH PH PH PH PH PH PH PH PH PH PH PH PH. Short of making sure your plant isn't on fire or under water you HAVE to make sure your ph is on always at all times constantly no matter what. And with auto's you don't have a lot of time to fix problems that won't hurt their yield most likely because of their short lifespan overall. Almost all new grower's problems start with ph problems. That is the very first question most people here will ask you when you have problems. Sooooooo. Anywho...
When you say your water is always at 7 what does that mean exactly?
You have the biobizz flowering nutes. You Can start on those when it starts budding, but what most everyone does and recommend here is start those a good bit later. You will be able to get more out of your plant if you wait on and the flowering nutes. When you start those your girls will stop vertical growth and all vegetative growth and start working and focusing energy on making flowers. Which is ok if you're in a hurry it will work, but it's best to give her veg nutes until the buds form more. Now when exactly I don't know, but someone will chime in here shortly. Hope this helped.

Hey squid, we have a private water supply to the house, which comes from up the hills. So although it has no chemicals in it I always let it sit 24hrs and have some ph tester fluid which I have used to test it. ( Prob neednt test it I know) lol. I have a prob which I test the soil with. What sort of npk shud I be lookin at for veg? Thanks in advance :)

Oh ok I gotcha. Sounds good. Just make sure you stay on top of your ph. Veg needs more N(nitrogen) than P or K. So any ratio of 3-1-2 would be good. Just look for the biggest number first then the second biggest last being K. See what I mean?

I think I get it, I'm goin have a look at some in a min. So I think, infact I'm sure I read somewhere on here that when the plant has around eight genuine leaves to start veg.....hmmm I'm away to look around the newbie room to check this out.

Start your veg nutes around day 13-16. Carry them on til the 5 th- 6 th week. Even when they sex and shoot
Pistils at 3/4 weeks keep feeding veg nutes. Autos hit there biggest stretch then growing up and out So the veg nutes are still required. Big mistake is when they shoot pistils and people instantly start bloom nutes. It kills the main burst of growth and gets the plant to go into full bloom and focus it's energy on blooming. Totally killing yield and growth. Any experienced auto grower will second that advice. Keep the veg nutes pumping until week 5/6 or when vertical growth stops then over to full bloom nutes. You'll thank me later :p
