Do you have a little heater to use? And I forget what lights you're using, but they will help. Could be worth a shot just until you can get your tent. Someone else may have a better idea.

I have a little electic heater, or an oil filled raidiator maybe? I only got 2 325wt cfl. Not even sure that wud be enough light in that space. I wud need to put a board up I think and make a smaller space because of the length. Hhhmm plywood maybe?. I'm actually kicking myself rite now. Such a stupid mistake to make. On the plus side I got plenty of white paint ha ha

You're alright, no worries. We'll get you sorted out it just might take a little work. Plywood would be fine. Paint all this shit white and get setup with good ventilation and your lights. Test you temps and all out before you put her in and see how that boat floats. If it sinks, we'll figure something else out, gal.

In the meantime, can you not move your lights up at all?
Or maybe tie her over to the side just a little to get a few inches?

Another option is, there are lots of wardrobes in the house I could use just this once (my mr wud moan). But we have ppl coming up for a wknd in 2wks time. Although they shudnt really go in my bedroom now shud they? This wud be ideal actually thinking as I type!! I sussed it going get a little bolt on the inside of the door keep the wee ens out. Wella problem solved.

Sorry, and thanks squid, I do panic too much I think. The answer was staring me in the face! Lol sumtimes I shud step back........take a deep breath, then have another look at the situation. I can't wait get the proper setup sorted. Then it will be nai botha. Ill make sure there is plenty of room for the new girls.

hahaha mandy when you type i have a hard time reading sometimes. kinda like when my lil' sis sends me a text..anyhow, just want to jump in real quick, if you tie a string around the top of your pot, then tie another string~one side to the string around the pot, and the other side to the main stem, just beneath the cola and stretch it just enough to slightly curve the stem away from the light. this is called low stress training, or "LST". if you need to do it, its actually just fine, in fact one of the best growers here on AFN, Muddy, recommends it if you have space issues. Just fig'd id pop in and give my two cents. Just make sure the the end of the string thats tied to the actual plant is NOT tied tight, make it a loose loop, to allow room for growth. Hope this makes sense to ya!

Hey there growbe....haha u make me feel young again. Ill try to be more user friendly when I type. Thank u for ur input. I just woke so ill try and tie down that main cola when I wake. 2 or 3 coffees shud see to that. I now got the wee ens running rnd playind a game called find the string. haha they r gud. I'd lose my head sometimes if it wasn't screwed on.
