My day time temps are 81 and humidity is 50. I’m running a 20 on 4 off schedule but my night time humidity goes up to 70. All I have is a little dehumidifier. Are those 3 hours of 70 rh going to hurt anything all the plants in this tent are in flower. Next run I’m going 24 on to solve this.
My question is are my plants okay for the few hours that it is this high?

Are you continually exhausting air?

Yes have ac infinity t6 in 4x4x80 and just yesterday washed my pre filter and blew out my carbon filter also.

Also have 12 inch oscillating fan and two other smaller fans

Your humidity is higher during lights off because the lights no longer heat the grow space.
The simplest thing would be to increase the amount of air exhausted.
If that's not possible, you can increase the temperature at night to lower the humidity.

I purposely keep humidity in the mid 60s during flower in hydro, and have never had bud rot with good air flow.

I knew that the heat was the cause of the high and low rh I have been increasing the fan speed and even open vents and doors on the tent. I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn’t cause any bud rot during the night time swings. Thank you for the help!

Too late lol

Good airflow is a must when you cannot get the humidity down. I defoliate in the lower part of the plant when I hit this situation. It helps in two ways it lowers the respiration from the plant (less water into the air) and better airflow through the bottom of the plant. When I do not think that is enough I run a dehumidifier in the room the space draws its air from.
