New Grower LST question

My last run my Autoflower my Northern Lights I was trying to beat Neil record but I messed it up right at the end and killed the plant I tried to save it but live and learn but she was almost three and a half foot wide easily 4 foot tall

if you'd like take a peek at what i'm doing. I use a screen and lst. if you let the branches up after training them down they will eventually end up back where you started. also the main top will reassert apical dominance. so best to keep them tied down. Or you can tie down just a top if all you want to do is slow it down.like this

Damn @Gunnerboy76 I didn't realized you had replied. Thanks a lot. I never watched a lot of his videos but I will soon! He talks a lot and explains a lot of shit real fast but I like it! Information is valuable.
