Indoor LOWRYDER 2 first grow UK

Good evening morning or afternoon where ever u r reading this from.

Im Zain, a first time grower looking to grow some lowryder 2. I started Big Bang but the whole thing just flopped...

I have 2 lowryders in water for 24 hours atm (only 20 hours to go until I germ them using paper towels)

2 Lowryder seeds,
Homemade cabinet covered in mylar
8 Liter pots
2 x 30w cfl bulbs and a homemade reflector using disposable turkey baking trays from wilkinson.
Plant Magic supreme soil
Plant Magic grow (will order bloom in 1 month)

Cost of setup was just over £110.

From reading the setup you will see I have no fans for air exchange, I have no filter as I want to see just how smelly it can get, besides my neighbours are sweet and won't fuck things over for me (fingers crossed).

For odor control I will use something called Neutrodol which is like ONA but much cheaper. I will grab 2 of them in the cabinet when things start to smell 'good'.

Tbh I'm not looking for ounces as the lowryder 2 is not a good yeilder probably 20grams if done with an amazing hydro setup.

I just want to accomplish this and be able to say, Yeah I grew my own shit and the money stayed in my pocket and not some street dealer selling shitty weed that ashes black.

So, I won't be able to update this every time something awesome happens, I'm busy with work, I will do 2 updates a week with pictures...

After reviewing everything about JDs lowryder 2 I will LST her on the 3rd week. They are sitting in glasses of water atm getting their jackets softened.

Anyone done any LR2s recently?

Well man nice to see your all started and ready to go. One thing is im familiar with Nuetrodol and i can tell you when your in heavy flower that it isnt going to do very much about the smell. I have used it before and i ended up putting it into my extraction fan which then passed enough air threw it to take away the smell but it only last for a day or two before you have to buy a new one. But you are going to have a problem doing it that way considering you have no fans. I would recommend you get at least one fan ( just a cheap one) to give a good air exchange inside the tent and to make the girls stems stronger which means a bigger yield. thanks grim reefer I'll get a small fan for when it pops out.

Plant Magic do something to help with strong stems and healthy root production.

How did u link ur grow in ur signature?

Yeah they do its called Silicon, its really great for your plants. I use it all the time but just make sure you use it after week 4 as it could stun growth otherwise. Just go to settings and then on the bottom left hand corner you should see signature settings.

And behold alas they r planted... soils nice and moist...lights r on to provide heat to the soil and just create a lovely atmosphere. When she pops her head up, I'll stick a bowl of water in the cabinet to add a bit of moisture in the air.

The heads are poking through the soil!!! Its like being a father all over again...

even a few holes or an open door will help give em a lil more air.i use a few pc fans in a small cupboard of mine,works a treat for the 1st month of growth.

i shall remove a door and put a 7/12" fan in the cab. Off to Argos tomorrow evening....
