I like just ambering.
As soon as I see mostly cloudy and a touch of amber in the middle areas I go super model diet on their asses. Unless of course the plant shows me sooner.

That's about where im at too. I actually need to quit getting excited and see a little more amber before I chop. But hey its working gray so far lol but anyway she is planted and germing. I use a little pint starter pot and transplant into final with great success

Well here she is. ....roark I want u to know that's a 7 gal pot she's in. Look how thick she came out. ...I think she's going to b a monster. ...little roark is kind of shy at first. ...but she will open up....
