FYI I was able to clean that nasty shit off of the bottom of that bong I used white vinegar and baking soda and let it soak and it came off.

Much safer than my way.
I use Aqua Regia, 1:3 mix of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. It is the only solution able to disolve gold.
