Mint Chocolate Cannabis Ice Cream

Time Required: 20 to 30 Hours

Yields About 1 Quart Ice Cream

What You Need:

  • 1½ quart ice cream freezer container
  • large saucepan
  • fine strainer
  • large bowl
  • 2 cups CannaMilk
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 2 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, broken into pieces
Steps:

  1. Combine CannaMilk, half-and-half, ½ cup sugar, cornstarch and salt in a large saucepan and whisk together thoroughly. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until mixture starts to thicken, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Whisk egg yolks in a separate bowl while gradually adding 1 cup of the hot canna-cream from the saucepan. Return hot canna-cream and yolk mixture to the saucepan while whisking constantly.
  3. Heat everything for an additional 2 minutes; stir constantly.
  4. Pour the canna-cream mixture through a fine strainer and into a large bowl. Discard any solids.
  5. Chill cream uncovered in refrigerator for 1 hour; stir occasionally. Place plastic wrap on top of cream mixture after 1 hour. Let chill for another 12 to 24 hours.
  6. Pour cold cream mixture into 1½ quart ice cream freezer container. Stir in vanilla extract, peppermint extract and food coloring. Place container in freezer.
  7. Remove container from freezer after 3 hours (before it freezes completely); stir in dark chocolate pieces. Return container to freezer for another 6 hours, or until ice cream is firm.
  8. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping and serving.

Cannabis Almond Milk

This recipe works best when the almonds you are using have been soaked in water for 8 hours (overnight is OK). Drain the water and rinse almonds before using in the recipe below.

Time Required: 2 hours

What You Need:

  • food processor
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 3 cups water, distilled
  • cannabis, coarsely ground (recommended 1-4 grams)
  • cheesecloth or tight strainer
Steps:

  1. Blend the almonds and water in a food processor until it resembles milk.
  2. Strain the almond milk through a cheesecloth or strainer.
  3. Add the strained milk to a saucepan and bring to a light boil.
  4. Add the ground cannabis and reduce heat. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat. Chill and serve, or use as a replacement for milk in any recipe.

Cannabis Pumpkin Pie

Time Required: 1 hour

Yields 8 Slices

What You Need:

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin, mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • ⅓ cup CannaButter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • whipped cream, for topping
Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat cream in a large mixing bowl. Add the pumpkin and beat until combined.
  3. Add the sugar and salt. Beat.
  4. Add the eggs, half-and-half, and Cannabutter. Beat until combined.
  5. Beat in the remaining vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger until combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Let pie cool and room temperature before topping with whipped cream.

Canna-Berry Sherbet

Time Required: 3 Hours 15 Minutes

Yields About 1 Quart Sherbet

What You Need:

  • 1½ quart ice cream freezer container
  • food processor or blender
  • fine strainer
  • large bowl
  • 5 cups fresh blackberries, washed
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2½ cups Cannabis Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Steps:

  1. Blend blackberries and sugar together in food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour the pureed berries through strainer and into a bowl. Discard seeds.
  3. Mix Cannabis Almond Milk into the blackberry puree. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Pour berry/milk mixture into ice cream freezer container; freeze for at least 3 hours.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Then what happened was I got the munchies smoking on that gorilla glue, and i decided To make some Apple dumplings!!! :eyebrows:
I boiled green apples to get out the sour!! then i cut out the pits and dusted with the good stuff!! cant tell ya!! :shooty:
The boiled peeled apples are wrapped in a pie crust!!
Then I thought a nice drizzal was in order.. :pass:

Then I baked them for 45 minutes!! :pass: and smoked some more weed!!

naa now onions I didn't even eat all of it, we could have split it for real! I tried but I couldn't eat it all and no fries..

man those Apple dumplings wow those are good! they needed a scoop of ice cream but I just wasn't trying to be all like that! :smoking:
