Canna-Dipped Strawberries

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Yields 20 Cannabis Dipped Strawberries

What You Need:

  • microwave safe bowl
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Cannabis Coconut Oil
  • 20 Strawberries w/ stems (washed and dried)
  • ¼ cup blue sprinkles
  • wax paper lined plate
Steps:

  1. Heat white chocolate and Cannabis Coconut Oil in a microwave safe bowl. Remove and stir every 20 seconds until melted.
  2. Dip dry strawberries in chocolate one at a time allowing excess chocolate to drip back into bowl.
  3. Dip the tips of each chocolate coated strawberry into the blue sprinkles.
  4. Sit strawberries on wax paper lined plate to dry.
  5. Chill strawberries in fridge 20 minutes before serving.

Strawberry Canna-Jam

Time Required: 30 minutes

Yields About 2 Cups Jam

What You Need:

  • small saucepan
  • 3 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved with stems removed
  • ¼ cup CannaHoney
  • 2 Mason jars with lids
Steps:

  1. Split the CannaHoney equally and pour each part into a separate Mason jar.
  2. Combine the sugar and lemon juice in small saucepan. Cook over very low heat for 10 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the strawberries and continue to heat for 20 minutes, or until the berries begin to juice and the mixture is very hot.
  4. Pour the strawberry sauce carefully into the mason jars equally. Use a spoon to mix the sauce into the honey. Mix well.
  5. Serve immediately, or allow jam to cool slightly before sealing and refrigerating.
