Now I'm in shame, but I'm guest at my relatives and we having pizza..

The fast food in the waffle iron is basically a Pannini Press. Once you start toasting bread for sandwiches, it's hard to go back. Especially with some choice fresh bread from the bakery. Personally I use a Calphalon Hard Annodized griddle for everything sandwiches and breakfast. Makes the best bacon too. I highly encourage spending the extra money and getting a good one. I went through 4 cheapie $20 ones before I got this....it's one of the most well used pans in the house and mine is going on 5 years old. Here is a pic of what it looks like.

Ohh....and yesterday was Royal Sunday, we had an epic takeout dinner last night with my AFN buddy!! Dragon and Phoenix from the best Chinese restaurant in the city...I wish I had more now. Amazing.
