Not exactly sure what's going on here girls aren't looking the best. I am using different coco then I normally do might not have washed it good enough leaving too much pith or I'm fertigating too much. I am also using slightly different nutes still using MC 2 part but they have changed their formula enough that i needed to change my feed which could also be some of the issue. I think I had P deficiency earlier on and upped it think they have been looking better since but pretty sure their still stunted a little
For years, more than 30, I have been searching for the batter used by a Chinese restaurant to make the Brandy Chicken Wings. They had a liquor license and used real brandy. I have cloned the flavor years ago but could never get the right crust. I think I found it today.
Potato starch, baking powder, salt and pepper.
I have been wanting to try potato starch for a long time but every time I set out to do it it was not available. Today I scored some and I like it. We're going to be making some Brandy Chicken Wings soon.

Fried 7 minutes on each side then this went into the oven 350°F for 20 minutes. sorry scarfed it up without taking a picture. It is a very crispy crunchy coating that picked up the flavors of the chicken marinade well!
