Man I am so frustrated and disappointed with these Original Sensible Seed brand seeds.

So far I've planted...

2 orange diesel
1 grape soda
2 cherry alien.

the first 2 orange diesel and cherry alien failed to come up. Same for the grape soda. I have one viable orange diesel that sprouted, and I just got out the 2nd cherry alien seed.

I'm not doing anything crazy, I'm starting them exactly like I do any other plant, regardless of of its tomato, lettuce or weed. Little greenhouse container with a clear top, 12 dividers and a water well at the bottom.

Coco Coir in the cells, and distilled water in the bottom. The coco is nice and moist. I have it on a seed starting mat, its warm to the touch but not hot.

One out of 4 seeds has grown, and I just planted the 5th. This is just flat out disappointed, and I have never had this low of a success rate before.

damn, I think I just figured it out. The seed starting mat is too hot. I think the thermostat in it must have broken or something. Its way warmer to the touch than I remember it being in the past. I set my thermometer on it, and its reading in the high 90s, and its only supposed to be 20* over room temp, and its 65 in my office.

I think I've been cooking my seeds.

I always double hang ribs. I've lost too many to the fire

I’ve only lost one to the fire in the five years I’ve been using these…and it was my fault, because the ribs caught the rebar as I was removing them, and tore the hook out.

That ain’t saying I haven’t been close
