Pools are not everyone's cuppa. If I was in the market, and saw a pool online, I would move on in a heartbeat. Indoor pools are a high cost item to install, and if not done right are a serious financial risk not just to the pool, but to the whole house. That humidity must be effectively managed, and maintenance of the pump(s), filters etc. is an ongoing expense. And there is the cost of heating it warm enough to enjoy.

The ad does mention recent pool work... Perhaps the real question is whether the house is being sold because of pool.

More interesting than online views would be the number of actual tours of the property, but the agent does not mention that...

It's more like "do you know why I stopped you" followed by "I stopped you because" and the next question is usually "any dope or guns in the car". Or they say "sit tight bud" and write you a ticket and send you on your way..
They want drunks, hard drugs, and gang members.

The oil definitely kept a lot of terps not decarbing first. The OG funky and the Purple Ryder lavendery

Oh yeah, and no toasty flavor. I decarb my pressings on their own after pressing, and add oil to make tincture after decarb is complete. I don't add oil before decarb because once when I did that the oil went rancid - the tincture tasted so awful that I was afraid to take it, so it went in the bin. I usually decarb long (~4x the normal time) to make CBN out of some of the THC, so the risk of oil going rancid may not apply to a normal decarb sequence.
