I say back in the day lmao...in 4 years and 3 months I'll be 40. But ive been saying back in the day since 30

It is a biological film, are the plants suffering. I would use Botinicare HydroGuard if it is a problem some beneficial microbe growths look like that so if the plant is healthy leave it alone.

For some reason hydroguard is getting hard to find here. Have to use miicrobial mass, or NPK raw but I am not sure if those are as protective.
